Major political terms are board composition and "drag along" sale provisions. The document provides examples of common startup documents and due diligence issues.
This document discusses venture capital term sheets and when venture capital is appropriate for startups. It explains that term sheets lay out important funding terms, including the amount of money invested, company valuation, share structure, liquidation preferences, dividends and board representation. While terms can seem unfavorable to founders, they are designed to protect investors and ensure proper incentives and control over their investments. Founders should understand the motivation behind terms and negotiate collaboratively with investors.

This document summarizes the results of a 2010 Swedish Twitter census conducted by Intellecta Corporate. It found that there were over 25 million Swedish Twitter accounts, but only around 36,000 active users who tweeted at least twice in the past month. The majority of tweets came from a small percentage of highly active users, with the top 10% responsible for 80% of tweets and the top 50% responsible for over 98%. The document also shows graphs on when Twitter usage in Sweden began growing and leveling off.
