▪ Office Worker or Power Users
▪ Subscription Mode
▪ UC Users
▪ Single or redundant one-X portal and webRTC gateway
▪ Support Native remote worker or SBC remote worker
▪ For R11.1 FP1 SP1, the min SBC version is 8.1.1.

Step 1: Login to IPO WebManager

• Preferred Edition (Need App Server)
• Server Edition
• Select Edition

Step 2: IPO User Profile to be enabled
Go to Call Management ➔ Users ➔ Select User
Set User Profile – Unified Communication user, Power user or Office worker
Set Unique identity as same email id used in Avaya Spaces activation
Email ID
Set as UC profile
Only IP Office users with a Unique Identity are shown in Avaya Spaces and callable from the
Chrome extension directory. Therefore, it is recommended to configure a Unique Identity for all
users. This gives all users a free basic account unless specifically licensed for other features.

Step 3: Configure One-X Portal of IP Office
Go to https://<ip_address>:9443/onexportal-admin.html
Navigate to Configuration and select IM/Presence
Configure the IPO Onex Portal XMPP Domain name and it should be under same
domain name itself and Click Save
Example : avayatoday.com is the domain here

Step 4: Configure host name in Onex Portal
Navigate to Configuration and select “Host Domain name”
Set both Host Domain Name and Web Collab domain name same as XMPP
domain name
Click Yes to Save changes and now restart the services

Step 5: Verify the Onex Portal Services Status
Go to Health ➔ Dashboard
Verify XMPP Services shows green status

Step 6: Configure Security Settings URL
Navigate to Security and select ESNA Authentication

Step 7: Retrieve API Key and Secret from Spaces
Go to https://accounts.avayacloud.com/#/companies Spaces Admin Portal
Login with Spaces Admin account
Navigate to Manage Companies ➔ Select Company
Select Edit & Copy API Key &
Secret Value

Step 8: Enable Apps in Spaces Domain
Go to https://accounts.avayacloud.com/#/companies Spaces Admin Portal
Navigate to Manage Companies ➔ Select Company
Select Apps and Enable Workplace, Avaya Spaces Calling Extension ..

Step 9: Add API Key for IPO Authentication
Login to IPO WebManager https://ip_address:7070/WebManager
Go to Security ➔ Security Settings
Go to System and Enter Zang API Key and Zang Key Secret
Click Save and Update
Go To System
Select Edit

Step 10: Configure Avaya Cloud Services in IPO
Login to IPO WebManager https://ip_address:7070/WebManager
Go to System Settings ➔ System
Select Avaya Cloud Services
Enter Company domain same as spaces domain
Click Save and Update

Step 11: Avaya SBCE – Application Relay Config
Goto SBCE Login Page and login with ucsec user
Go to DMZ Services ➔ Application Relay
Configure port 9443 for Onex portal access from public network.

Step 12: Avaya SBCE – TURN/STUN Config
Create a TURN STUN Profile
Configure the TURN/STUN Profile as per the below to match the IPO WebRTC
TURN/STUN Profile.

Step 13: WebRTC Config for IP Office
Login to IPO WebManager https://ip_address:7070/WebManager
Go to Applications ➔ WebRTC Configuration
Click Save and Update

Step 14: WebRTC Config for IP Office
Go to Applications ➔ WebRTC Configuration
Select Media Gateway Settings
STUN Server Address as SBCE B1 Interface Public IP Address, not B1 Private IP Address
STUN Server port as 3478
TURN Server Address as SBCE A1 IP Address
TURN Server Port as 3478
TURN Username & Password should match with the SBCE TURN/STUN Profile Username &
Password.
Click Save and Update
