2. When you survey the plants, you always talk about the importance of QUALITY. However, PRICE influences you the most when
making the final purchasing decision. To negotiate with you, the moral suppliers will adhere to quality bottom line. However, the
dishonest suppliers will offer inferior products to you directly.
They cheat you due to following reasons:
1. Your budget is limited
2. You will not inspect the products strictly
3. Greedy for small advantages
4. You are unprofessional and will not find out the tricks they play
You have no right to complain because you bet:
1. Budget control is the only thing need to be considered
2. All the suppliers are honest. They will produce products formally.
3. “Every extra penny deserves its value “just a lie
4. The inferior products are blessed. The quality problem will not happen.
The cost to solve quality problems is much higher than buying products. When you blame the bad suppliers, have you ever think:

5. The corrosion resistance ability will be influenced by the
Residual Stress and HAZ(heat affected zone). It’s the reason why the
Solution Heat Treatment is the most important procedure for
producing SS pipe fittings.
We cooperate with Taiwan Industrial Technology Research
Institute to design and build the furnaces. The temperature
difference in the furnace is controlled in ±5 C and the BW fittings˚
will be uniformly heated. In addition, the
soaking time and cooling water condition are
monitored well by the computer system.
However, many dishonest manufacturers only adopt humble
equipment which cannot execute the right heat treatment operation
or reduce the holding time to save costs. As the fittings are not
treated properly, the quality is undoubtedly bad.
Compare to those fly-by-night manufacturers, we can provide the
related production/test records for every lot at any time. It’s the
reason why we can get customers’ trust.

8. Welding -
if the weld bead CRACKED……

 Welders’ skill is not certified
 the storage and usage of welding material are not proper
 provide X-ray reports without executing X-ray testing
 YHMCO:
 Welders get ASME IX certificates.
 In-house : Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)
 Use and store the welding material reasonably according to SOP (YH-P-025)
(e.g. welding wires have to be kept in dry cabinet, place packing box directly on the ground is not allowed )
 Provide both X-ray reports and films at the same time

9.  Dishonest suppliers:
 Disordered marks or material mix  offer wrong products to customers
 Finished products are scattered on the ground without proper protection

13. If the pipe fittings are made of by above methods, the appearance will not show any defects. You think you
get the cheap and good quality products. It is not true!
Maintain the equipment, renew the devices, gauge adjustments and employees training, all these actions
have to input cost. The decent suppliers will look for correct methods to save cost. The bad suppliers always
take jerry-built actions.
When wicked suppliers take QUALITY as wager, why do you risk company’s reputation to gamble with him?
Terrible because of Invisible Defects
“Too cheap” is the signal of danger. Please be more careful when suppliers voluntarily offer
unreasonable benefits to you.

weld fittings. 2007, we get JIS B 2312 and
JIS B 2313 certificates which was qualified
by the Japan Quality Assurance
Organization. 2013, we certified the JIS B
2309.
