• An international writing event
• Participants from around the world attempt
the creatively daring feat of writing an entire
script in the month of April.
• Run by an organisation in
Oakland, California, USA – Office of Letters
and Light (OLL)

3. Script Frenzy Rules
• Script Frenzy lasts from 1st April – 30th April 2012
• You will learn what a script is and how to write one before
the Frenzy begins
• You can plan, plot, and outline your script before April
• You can’t actually start writing your script until 1st April
• You must finish your script by midnight on 30th April
• Quantity is more important than quality until April is over
• You can write about anything you’d like
• You can choose to write a script for a play, a movie, a TV
show, or a comic book/graphic novel
• You will set your own page-count goal
• You can work on your own or with a partner
