How Does Savio Recruit Talent?
• We have taken an “Uberesque” approach to building
the marketplace in alignment with the rollout schedule.
• When a platform partner or client signs on, we identify
the type of service providers needed.
• We identify and recruit the needed profiles using a
variety of resources and partnerships.
• Generally within 2-4 weeks the marketplace will be
filled with the needed talent profiles for each
partner/buyer.
