2. Welcome to PowerPoint Creating!
• First you will turn on the computer and long on
• Next go to the Start Menu icon and click on it .
• A small window will display find the word “All
Program” click on them. Now find the words
“Microsoft PowerPoint” and click on them to
open your program.

3. Program is Now Open
• PowerPoint
– Click on “Create a new
presentation” at the top
– Choose the third on the list “Blank
Presentation” the “OK”
– You will be presented with a NEW
SLIDE screen
* select the second slide from the
left at the top
• Slides
– It is standard “bullet points with a
title slide layout- called a „bullet list‟
now click OK.

4. Input Your Data
• Type in the title of you
slides by click the field
and begin to type
• Insert pictures, word art,
or videos
– Go under the insert tap
and follow the prompt

– Save by clicking “File” and
go to word “Save” click on
it enter name and then
save button.
– To view Click on slide
show button
