    •   President, CEO and a director of PlanetPortal, a “dotcom” funded by Deutsche Telekom.

    •   B.A. degree from Harvard College, MBA from Harvard Business School, served with the United States
        Marine Corps Reserve for six years.

Rick Miller, Founder and Director

•   Founded Soli Deo Group, which operated a mortgage banking and real estate investment analysis firm.

•   Founded PMI Communications, a marketing communications firm involved in national and international
    assignments.

•   As a Senior Funding Advisor with Liberty Financial, represented the nation’s premier insurance
    companies, providing commercial real estate financing, insurance and working capital loans to small and
    medium‐sized businesses.

•   Orchestrated a D.C.‐based leadership conference that included President Ronald Reagan and the First Lady as
    speakers.

•   Advised the Keynote Communications senior management team for its “Easter in Moscow” project resulting in
    an audience of 200 million for this live broadcast.

•   Rick holds a B.S. degree from Ohio University, completed leadership development training at The Ohio State
    University and graduate work at the ICG University extension campus at Colorado State University.
