be the guard keepers of
Intricap.

in the countries that
Intricap will operate
in.
2. Not being able to
come up with
creative ideas.

Intricap.

If Intricap stops being
creative, that is the end.

Risks.
True. Intricap will not
take debts. It will never
outspend what it earned
in its previous quarter,
no matter what the
urgency. It will never run
out of cash.

investments Intricap needs to
make ? Will not the competition
kill you by out-investing you.
No capital intensive projects
for Intricap. Not now. Not
ever. Over-investment is an
enemy of creativity. If the idea
is creative, given a seed
investment, it should catch
fire, and self sustain. If it does
not happen that way, then the
idea is no good.
Given the financial structure,
over a period of time, Intricap
will have a lot of cash. And
that is a nightmare scenario
for Intricap.

15. So how do you plan to handle
super cash nightmare 20
years on ?
Pay extra-taxes to
governments which
perform well. Give it away
to universities around the
world. Give it to United
Nations. Invest in Medical
Research.
In short, throw it away.
Responsibly.

All companies have to it.
Every year. There is a
better way to do it.
Actually there is a better
way to do everything.

the power of technology
offer the same service in
mass scalable mode. If it
can be done at a lower cost
per unit, you have a
strategic advantage.

production.
Yes. If there is an
untapped area where
mass production can
deliver same or better
quality at lower per unit
cost, you have a case. IT
Risk Assessments in
Information Security is
one of those. That is
where Intricap will start.

Security is one of the
only sectors that was not
touched by recession.

No it is not. It will never be.
Information Security is the
place where Intricap will
get its initial launch. The

and mass collaboration.

invent.

eCommerce logistics
project. In mid future,
Intricap will scout for
enabling eCommerce
infrastructure between
India and China, the two
largest populations of the
world.

India-China logistics. Can’t
see a relationship.
That’s how Intricap been
designed. It will take up
projects. And projects
may have no common
threads. By the way,
there is also
Componentika, a 3D
manufacturing project.

competency ?
Since when you started
believing in management
hoaxes. Core competency
is a tool invented for
incompetent. The core
competency of Intricap is
Creativity, in all its
expressions and forms.

revenues, profit projections,
market shares.
No idea about financial
numbers today. Who on earth
has seen the future ?
All that is known, Intricap will
be cash positive every
quarter year after year.
It will never run out of cash.
Cash will never be a
constraint. Good ideas will be.

No. You cannot. The ideas
are too raw and untested
to be brought for third
party investments. The
only money to be invested
would be that of the
founder.

investments ever.
No, I am not saying that. I
will let third parties to
invest only when one of the
project gains financial
stability. And the
investment will be in that
project only. In seed stage,
I will not have any external
investment.
