Describe your work ethics or 
style?
Work Ethics 
Work ethics refers to a person's attitudes, 
feelings and beliefs about work. 
Ethics in the work place means positive 
attributes like honesty, integrity, dedication, 
determination, commitment, reponsibility, 
communication, interpersonal relationships, co-operation.
Answers for Fresher 
• I am honest and sincere person with positive outlook towards 
life. I do my work with full dedication and determination. 
• I am very focused on my work, I am very organized and able 
to accomplish a lot of work in less amount of time. 
• I'm organized and efficient and I'm able to multi-task very 
well. I am good in team work also.
Answers for Experienced Professionals 
• I am an honest and sincere individual. I believe, I am more understanding and 
good in solving team problems at the core level. For instance, due to my 
constant ‘informal get-togethers’ with the team members, I was able to realize 
their work pressure and thus, modify the deadline of a project. As a result of 
which, the team worked enthusiastically and we excelled in overall 
expectations of the client.” 
• I am an extremely dedicated and hard-working professional, though I like to 
have fun and enjoy a positive work culture. In my last job evaluation, my 
supervisor noted that I have a strong mix of professionalism and personality.
