To prepare for a job interview, have another person proofread your resume and cover letter to catch any spelling mistakes, research the organization to highlight relevant skills and experiences, practice interview questions on video to review your performance and the image you want to convey, and bring examples of your work while also sending a thank you note after to acknowledge what you learned from the interviewer.
There are many ways to answer any interview question. I would recommend a way where you understand the intention of the interviewer and answer based on practical experiences. The approach I too here is that, If those questions were asked to me then this is how I would be answering those.

2. Get a second set of eyes
Some managers will toss an application that
has a single spelling mistake in the resume or
cover letter
Make sure someone else proofreads your
material
3. Do your homework
Research where you’re applying - and highlight
any specific skills or experiences you could
bring to the organization
Be prepared to provide examples of what you
like and don’t like about a newscast, newspaper
or online site
4. Do a dress rehearsal
Get someone to ask you questions - and get it
on videotape so you can review your
performance
Think through what image you want to convey -
remember, you will be representing the
organization if you’re hired
5. Show and Tell
Prepare a brief portfolio of your work
Think about bringing in a laptop - but don’t
count on having Wifi access
Consider a thumb drive, or sending examples
ahead of an interview
6. Say thank you
Sending a note afterwards is a good
opportunity to review the interview
Be sure to acknowledge what you learned from
the interviewer
