RULE OF 
THIRDS 
In the documentary for the interview 
setup it uses the rule of thirds. This 
means that the interviewee is always 
looking off camera and is not directly 
talking into the camera. They are 
positioned on either more to the right 
or more to the left hand side of the 
camera and not central
GRAPHICS 
In the documentary graphics 
are used throughout during 
the interviews this is to show 
the interviewees name and 
their relevance to the 
programme e.g. david 
brown, producer.
CAMERA 
SHOTS 
The shots that have been 
used during interview 
setups in this 
documentary is midshots 
and closeups.
BACKGROUNDS 
The backgrounds that have 
been used in this 
documentary are always 
related to the subject and 
are always visually 
interesting e.g. the sea,
