Treatment Goals: Pharmacotherapy Cholinergic neurotransmitter modifying agents, such as acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, Non-cholinergic neurotransmitters/neuropeptide modifying agents, other pharmacological agents is mostly prescribed for major neurocognitive disorder.
