  1. Characteristic successful Transformation teacher/leader strength during formal Group dynamic communication: They look for ways to complement kind front of the group for their ideas and actions. They look for ways to value the kid’s in-group activities vs. individual projects. They bounce in a positive way to kids during class, than provide constrictive feedback in private.
  2. Interpersonal Communication : -Administrators, Teachers and student interactions are guided by individual predispositions as well as special projects, important tasks, and social considerations -Direct Interpersonal communication when involving, direct face-to-face relationship or Group Communication -An example would be the spiritual beliefs that bring some of the employees’ interpersonal relationships to another level -An example of an informal bondage in our school is that two of the teachers consider each other best friends as they both have been working for the school for 20 or more years *****Positive impact : Productivity as leading to more cohesive work groups, more satisfied and committed employees, greater productivity, goal attainment, increased employee morale and organizational culture. *****Negative impact : The tendency to lead to gossip, envy, unhealthy competition and distraction due to involvement in unrelated work activities and discussion.
  3. Decisions Making : Channels are the means for transmission of messages. Organizations typically have a wide variety of channels available for transmitting oral and written messages. Face-to-face interaction, group meetings, memos, letters, computer-mediated exchanges, Web sites, presentations, and teleconferencing are among the channels commonly used in contemporary organizations. The decision-making process includes individual decisions made individually and collaboratively. For example, individual decisions include those which are developed when working in the classroom with the students. Collaborative decisions include those made when professors debate among themselves during assignment evaluations. Hidden agendas are not present and intense information sharing occurs. Ideas are put on the table and disagreements can be handled without disturbing individual relationships.

  5. Conflict Resolution Strategies: -Increase interaction between conflicting groups -Avoidance is another management strategy by the principal -“It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.”

Conclusion: -We need to pay close attention to kids in the classrooms and out classrooms, clear your mind if student is speaking us, so that we are open-minded to what they are communicating. -Not to judge the book by the cover, By no means, undertake that you have understood all kids’ communications, since the initially have taken you in a certain path of conversation -Value group formal communication. -Improve our abilities in problem solving, by being a better listener, take notes that are vital.
