While working at INGLU I had to communicate
with employees there, co-interns & the 25 interns
working under me. I learned to be polite and
courteous by mixing and mingling with them.
PROFESSIONAL WRITING
Formal and informal mail or conversation are
entirely a different game. Everyday after my work
was over I had to report my mentor about the
progress, any assistance if required.
DOCUMENTATION
Documenting work is necessary at every
organisation. I learned to use software skills like
Ms word & Excel for this.
MANAGEMENT SKILLS
For a brief period of time, in the
absence of my mentor, I had to make
decision & solve problems by myself
which increased my judgemental skills.

  • 12. SKILLS AQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS While working at INGLU I had to communicate with employees there, co-interns & the 25 interns working under me. I learned to be polite and courteous by mixing and mingling with them. PROFESSIONAL WRITING Formal and informal mail or conversation are entirely a different game. Everyday after my work was over I had to report my mentor about the progress, any assistance if required. DOCUMENTATION Documenting work is necessary at every organisation. I learned to use software skills like Ms word & Excel for this. MANAGEMENT SKILLS For a brief period of time, in the absence of my mentor, I had to make decision & solve problems by myself which increased my judgemental skills.
