Speed and Media
Internet Leased lines are offered from 2 Mbps onwards. Preferred media is fibre,
subject to feasibility. Wireless Radios and Copper are the other media options.
Dual path redundancy
Fibre media connectivity comes with multiple levels of redundancy to ensure your
business rarely faces a downtime.
Uplink: Downlink ratio
All leased lines are symmetric in general. However, we can offer customized pricing
where a higher uplink speed is desired for specific use cases.
Burstable and Seasonal requirements
If you have occasional bursting requirements or expect the bandwidth requirement to
vary during the year due to seasonal requirements or events, we can create
customized offering fro you.
Internet Gateway Redundancy
We connect into the internet cloud through multiple upstream providers, thus
ensuring that you get gateway level redundancy and enabling lowest latencies for
specific requirements.
Committed Service Levels
Timbl Internet Leased lines come with committed uptime levels of 98.5% and
committed low latencies to key destinations.
Dedicated Account Management Team
The dedicated leased line comes with a dedicated account manager who will be your
single point of contact. The account manager is supported by a 24/7 technical
service desk.

Commercial Proposal for Internet Leased Line
Bandwidth: Dedicated 5 Mbps
Last Mile Media Fibre/ Copper/ Wireless
Address/ Location:
One Time Charges: Rs 5,000/- plus Taxes
Annual Recurring Charges: Rs 1,90,000- per annum plus Taxes
Billing & Payment: Quarterly in advance.
At the time of ordering, one time charges and
payment equivalent to first quarter are payable.
Key Terms and Conditions
 Service Tax: Applicable Service Tax at the applicable rate will be additionally
payable on all one time and recurring service charges. At present, the rate is
14.50%, including Service Tax of 14% and Swachh Bharat Cess of 0.5%. As
announced in the Union Budget for FY17, this will be increased to 15% from a
date to be notified. Any other levies, which may be incorporated by the
Government of India from time to time, will be borne by the customer.
 Minimum Contract Commitment Period: 1 (One) year. If the customer cancels/
terminates the service before this minimum term period, the customer agrees to
pay the entire amount due for the balance period in the year. Further, in case of
link shifting within one year of the commencement of service, shifting charges
shall apply.
 Notice period to be given by either party to terminate the contract during the
contract period is 90 days. However, Timbl reserves the right to terminate the
service immediately in case of non-payment beyond 30 days from due date of an
invoice or in case of non-compliance of any applicable Government rules and
regulations by the customer.
 Provisioning of the link is subject to technical feasibility of the last mile.
 Last Mile connectivity would be on Fibre/ Copper/ Wireless media.
 Link will be delivered on Ethernet interface. A router needs to be arranged/
procured by the customer.
 Uptime Commitment: 98.5% computed on a quarterly basis.
