Jasper joined in 2014 to set up the UK

Lilli Wong,
Creative Director
Lilli is a Creative Director with over 20
years experience working with project
teams to develop innovative,

interface design problems and
campaign strategies. She has worked

while at Intergalactic and previously at

include Nike, Microsoft, Starbucks and
Nintendo.
Richie Parsons,
Creative Director UK

Sales & Marketing Calendar App
SAP UK creates & delivers close to 1000
campaigns and events per year.
Communication via spreadsheet and
powerpoint were challenging for content
creators and their audience to garner the
information they need.
We built a CMS and iOS app to solve their
problems by streamlining the content creation
phase. The sales and marketing teams now
have a dedicated app on their phones and
tablets, which can be customised to suit their
roles in the organisation, and view the content
that matters to them.
The Hearth
Sculptural LED Light Pillar
The Hearth is a eye catching first
nations themed 18 foot LED light
pillar that displays animations
based on the culture and stories
of the Tsawwassen First Nations
people. It is installed within the
Tsawwassen Mills Mall as a
symbol of the central fire for the
home for indigenous families of
the community.

eWaitlist
Electronic attendee waitlist
Intergalactic developed the
eWaitlist system for Sundance
Film Festival, allowing
thousands of attendees to
simultaneously and securely
register for waitlisted films.The
system included a
comprehensive administration
panel.
British Properties
AR Model Table and VR city
Our award winning AR app provides
city planning for the upcoming
Cypress Village development. The
app uses sensors to 3D scan the
physical model of Cypress Mountain
and deliver an AR view of the
community while still in its planning
stage. The VR model then allows a
walkthrough of the virtual site.
Telus World of
Science
Black Hole Finder Game Kiosk
The team created an interactive
kiosk exhibit for TWoSE
Edmonton Space Gallery that
allowed museum visitors to
learn about the wonders of
science and discover what it
takes to deduce the location of
a black hole using magnets to
simulate the pull of gravity.
MUSE Vancouver
Art Wayfinding App
The team collaboration with
Microsoft & the City of Vancouver
open data initiative allowed us to
create an app that surfaced all
the public artworks located in
Vancouver and gamified the
collection of sculpture, murals
and site specific artwork in a fun
and informative walking tour.
Concord
Brentwood
Interactive Table, Video Wall
Our digital installations
featured the community plan in
the Brentwood area.
Intergalactic provided an AR
table, an interactive model
table, and a video wall.
This project combined many
disciplines, from UX to Motion
Graphics and 3D Visualization.
Lululemon
Intelligent Change Room
Intergalactic created the tablet
app that allowed RFID tags on
clothing to automatically
trigger contextual interactive
content. Screens were located
in the store change rooms and
helped shoppers learn more
about their purchases they
were wearing and get them to
point of sale quicker.
Alumni UBC
Multi-user Touch Screen and
Wayfinding Kiosk
Our work included planning and
executing three digital installations
of the new Alumni Centre as well as
helping to shape the vision of the
building as a vibrant hub for the
campus. UBC Alumni Centre’s three
interactive kiosks included a five
screen touch wall, a wayfinding
kiosk, and a donor wall.

Retail Visual Merchandising App
Transforming the design process
for the global retailer, we
developed a fully interactive 3D
visualizing tool.
Old, inefficient workflows were
re-imagined to create an
automated, intelligent tool to
increase the efficiencies of a
small design team.
SXSW Event
Wayfinding Kiosk & Web App
The solution was an interactive
map of the tradeshow, complete
with search field, directory,
preferred search results for
sponsors and a real-time 3D
representation of the show.
Sponsors can promote their
tradeshow booths with a
dedicated page featuring their
logo, photos, and video to
callout their brand.
Rosé Time
Wearable Technology
The Rosé Time App is an award
winning product built by the
Intergalactic team in a matter
of a few short weeks for the
Cannes Lions Festival 2015.
The app utilized the best of
mobile technology and used
beacons to be able to deliver a
glass of Rosé wine to patrons
on the beach at Cannes.

Cisco GSX and Partner Summit web portal that provided online CMS, scheduling, and

BC Liquor Special Events
BC Liquor’s Special Occasion Licensing Online service replaced the outdated manual
application process with an automated web based solution creating efficiencies and

SKOOKUM Festival 2018
Intergalactic worked with our partners BRANDLIVE and Will Creative to build and host both the
teaser announcement and the full site for the festival, including music schedule, lineup, gallery, and
ticket sales. Featuring lots of images, videos, bios, and montages, the announcement of the music
lineup had fans excited and ready to dance the night away.
Squamish Valley Music Fest 2015
Intergalactic teamed up with BrandLIVE to build a teaser and full event site for the Squamish Valley
Music Fest Live Nation 2015 branding, with social media and scheduling integration. SVMF used full
screen video elements and parallax animations to enhance the design of the polygonal elements to
create compelling animations and motion.
Voodoo Live Nation 2015
Working with Live Nation, Intergalactic created the website for the Voodoo Festival in New Orleans that
included parallax graphics, music schedule, artist info and venue details, and content management
system with several templates for content pages. Its smokey design included a day and vibrant night
version of the graphics that kept in line with the event theme.

Grosvenor Ambleside included a stunning tour through West Vancouver’s seaside

Edgar Development is a real estate firm site with a strong visual layout to showcase
their project portfolio. Using a bold, minimalist palette with a pinterest style
organization, the colourful project images showcased their developments.

Communication via spreadsheet and powerpoint were challenging for content creators and their audience to garner the information they need. We built a CMS and iOS app to solve their problems by streamlining the content creation phase. The sales and marketing teams now have a dedicated app on their phones and tablets, which can be customised to suit their roles in the organisation, and view the content that matters to them.

The Hearth Sculptural LED Light Pillar The Hearth is a eye catching first nations themed 18 foot LED light pillar that displays animations based on the culture and stories of the Tsawwassen First Nations people. It is installed within the Tsawwassen Mills Mall as a symbol of the central fire for the home for indigenous families of the community.

The app uses sensors to 3D scan the physical model of Cypress Mountain and deliver an AR view of the community while still in its planning stage.
