This integration allows for real-time data operations, resulting in optimizations that reduce stock levels by 10 to 50%, increase spare part availability, and cut stockout occurrences by up to 80%. Maximo, and IMAFS Inc. have developed an interface that interconnects both software packages and automates the process in a transparent, quick and
efficient manner.
The various data operations conducted by Maximo are thus loaded to IMAFS and the data is then recalculated and analysed. The Min-Max calculations
are transferred back to Maximo thereby optimizing the replenishment parameters.
