Interactive Word:
First u need to customize the ribbon and add the developer Menu.
Now, follow these steps:
File  options  Customize Ribbon check the Developer box.
Now after having the developer menu in your menu bar, you can start making your
interactive quiz using the three tools in the developer menu.
Remark: in Office 2013 the tools will be found in a bag shape box
including 6 tools and we will use the first three in the Legacy Forms

Write the question you want to be answered to
Ex: what is the color of the sun?
Then press on the check box tool and write beside it the 1st
answer and so on.
 What is the color of the sun? ☐ Red ☐ Green ☐ Blue

2. Fill in the blanks.
Write the question you want to be answered to.
Ex: what is the color of the sun?
Then press on the [ab] tool and write the answer in it.
 What is the color of the sun?
3. Drag and drop menu
Write the question you want to be answered to.
Ex: what is the color of the sun?
Then press on the Drag and drop tool and write the answer in it.
 What is the color of the sun?
The question will become:
 What is the color of the sun?

click on it
2. Enter the properties list

After finishing the exam you should lock it following these steps:
Go to the Developer menu  make sure that the design mode is turned
off  press the Restrict editing tool  check the
2nd
option Editing restriction  then Press
After that you need to type a password and lock the file.
