have the right to be part of the Copyrights, for example;

Ethics is a part of philosophy that focus on morality. This include
the concepts and differences among what is good and bad,
the yin and yang, right and wrong, values etc.
WIPO
The WIPO or the World Intellectual
Property Organization is a private
body of the United Nations
established in 1967. This develop in
function to protect and organize
the IP in convention with
international organizations to avoid
plagiarism and motivate the
production of new inventions of
any type. The headquarter is in
Geneva, Switzerland.
WIPO´S GOALS
This organization have many goals, for example:
• Provision of premier Global Services
• The development in the IP use
• World reference source of intellectual property analysis and
information
• Good communication among WIPO and international
organizations
• Organizing and Addressing IP in relation to global issues
• A productive administration that allow the financial support of
the programs
• Building respect of the Intellectual Property
WORLD INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DAY
This day was established on April 26 by WIPO. The main purpose
was to motivate to innovate in technology to have a greener
future.
FAIR USE
Fair use allow certain users to get advanced of the creation
avoiding copyright problems. It gives permission to use their
Property. This enable free expression, information, public
benefit and is allow in all types of media.
KEY FACTORS
The are 4 key factors of Fair Use. The first one is the purpose,
this asks you how you are using the work, what is it finality. On
this part you analyze the source and use it wisely. The second
factor is nature, on this part we choose the information that is
factual than fictional. Like for example published works.
The third one is Amount, on this factor you need to be wisely with
the quantity of information you take, don’t take more than
you need. Finally the last factor is effect, this part include the
effect that you give to the original author, in other words his
work would benefit you or him/her.
