- Welcome to the e-training about IntellectLink the SWIFT manual message entry solution.
- IntellectLink is a web-base application used for SWIFT message processing. It allows its users to import, create, and modify messages through web-browser based graphical user interface, as well as transform messages imported from the back-office applications. IntellectLink has a number of features that allow its users to: Work with messages according to SWIFT standards; To do semantic and syntactic validation of SWIFT messages; Transliterate text fields according to RUR6, RUS6, and UkrSWIFT standards; Use previously created Relationship Management configurations; Work with integrated Bank Identifier Code and Business Entity Identifier directories; And to integrate with SWIFT Alliance products, such as SWIFT Alliance Access, Alliance Lite, and Alliance Integrator.
- Connectivity options The first way to connect IntellectLink to the SWIFT Network is through SWIFT Alliance Lite Autoclient interface. The user has the following options to communicate with the IntellectLink server: Through the web-browser interface that allows manual message entry; By automatically or manually uploading SWIFT messages generated by the back-office applications; And by receiving messages processed by SWIFT Alliance Integrator. After messages have been modified, validated, or authorized in the IntellectLink, they are sent to the SWIFT Alliance Lite AutoClient interface and sent to the SWIFT network through secure Internet channel.
- The second option to communicate with the SWIFT Networks is by using SWIFT Alliance Access interface. Communication with the IntellectLink server does not change and still goes through the web-browser - for manual message entry, back-office adaptor - for automatic import of messages, and integration solutions such as SWIFT Alliance Integrator. When the message is ready to be sent, IntellectLink places it to the corresponding Message Partner on the SWIFT Alliance Access then the message is forwarded to the SWIFT Network through the standard SWIFT connectivity.
- Product overview It is important to mention the following security principles: IntellectLink provides limited access to the product database and encryption of business information. It also allows to use the mechanism of Local authentication of messages that works through adding a digital Signature calculated using the actual message and a pair of keys that are uniquely defined for each communicating pair of applications.) Access to the administration and user area is restricted by Login and password that has to be generated according to security standards of the application. And finally, IntellectLink employs the “Four Eyes” principle that insures that all business critical processes are managed and confirmed by two different individuals.
- IntellectLink system requirements The client side operates through the following internet browsers: MozillaFirefox version two and higher; Microsoft Internet Explorer version six and higher; Opera five and higher; And Google Chrome. The server side of IntellectLink requires a Windows platform of Windows Server 2003 and higher.
- IntellectLink uses OpenSource components that do not require additional licensing. IntellectLink uses Apache Tomcat as application server; MySQL as product database; And proprietary software – IntellectLink as application.

- Pricing There are two pricing models for IntellectLink product: Per account model. In this model the price per user account is 80 Euros a month, it does not include twenty percent markup for technical support. Administrative accounts are free. Unlimited accounts model By placing a onetime payment of thirty thousand Euros, the customer will have an opportunity to create unlimited number of accounts and will only pay 12000 Euro annually for annual maintenance.
