This document is a survey being conducted by researchers at Anahawan National High School to study the relationship between students' learning styles and intrinsic motivation in science. It contains a socio-demographic profile section and two parts to the survey: a 30-item learning styles survey addressing various styles like visual, auditory, tactile, and kinesthetic styles, and a 22-item intrinsic motivation inventory addressing enjoyment, interest, anxiety, and perceived choice in a science task. The researchers are asking students to complete the anonymous questionnaire honestly and thoroughly to help with their research study.
