Relationship Between Student’s Learning Styles and Intrinsic Motivation in Science
Dear Respondents,
Good day!
As a group we are conducting this survey for our research study entitled
“Relationship Between Student’ s Learning Styles and Intrinsic Motivation in Science “.
This study aims to determine if there is a significant relationship between student’s learning
style and intrinsic motivation in Science.
Relatively, we would like to ask for your cooperation by answering the
questionnaire honestly and completely. We assure that all information gathered will kept
confidential and will be utilize only for the completion of this study.

Part II. Learning Style Survey
Directions: Below are statements defining your learning style preferences in Science. For
each statement indicate your immediate feeling and move on to the next item. Check the
appropriate box of your choice.
0- Never 1- Rarely 2- Sometimes 3- Often 4- Always

3. When I I listen, I visualize pictures, numbers, or words in my

24. if I have a choice between sitting and standing, I’d rather
stand.
25. I get nervous when I sit still too long.
26. I think better when I move around (e.g. pacing or tapping my
feet.
27. I play with or bite on my pen during lectures.
28. Manipulating objects helps me to remember what someone
says.
29. I move my hands when I speak.
30. I draw lots of picture (doodles) in my notebook during
lectures.
