This document outlines an agent reward scheme called INSPIRE. The goals of the scheme are to recognize achievement, raise morale, and thank agents for going above and beyond. Nominations can come from team leaders, quality analysts, or agents and be for things like most improved agent, best feedback, resolving difficult calls, or achieving high quality scores. Rewards include extra breaks, additional holiday time, stickers, chocolate, or canteen vouchers. Team leaders will collect nomination forms and pass rewards and nominations to agents each month to promote the program.
