‘What’s my life purpose?’
The modelAs you probably notice in the model every level is
interconnected. When you don’t have a clear and
precise Life Purpose it will have an effect on the
other levels in a less positive way. Same counts for
the other levels. If you are not clear about your
identity, it will have a less positive effect as
well. However, when you change something in one of
the higher levels the impact on the levels below it,
will be much stronger than the other way around.
When you discover your Life Purpose, it will have an
immediate effect on all the other four levels. It
makes an impact on who you really want to be, it
will change your values and beliefs, you will start
to learn new things and you start doing different
things or do things in a different way. Bare this in
mind, discovering your Life Purpose will have a huge
impact if you act upon it.
A mission or purpose in your life gives
meaning to your life, your work, your
relationships, your physical, emotional and
mental health.
It effects every choice you make.
It gives you strength and power in your
life.
Also in bad times.
It reminds you, why you are doing what you
are doing.
Leading your Awesome Life.
What is it?
Welcome to

negative way and one event that affected
you in a positive way.
Write it down in one sentence in both
cases.
What strikes you when you read the
sentences?
tekst
How was that for you? Maybe you
notice that the answers really
reflect who and what you are.
Hard to choose? That’s what life is
all about, it’s about chosing what
direction to go and what to do.
That’s what the questions cause.
Your answers become more precise
and valuable. Now, let’s see what
Life Purpose you can discover with
your words. Follow the instructions
on the next slide.
Step 1
Look at your answers, your flower and your picture. You’ll
see your important values.
For example; honesty, love, respect, success, safety and so
on.
Choose the most important one!
Your life purpose
Step 2
Choose one or two qualities/talents from your answers.
Choose also from the qualities or talents you see or admire
in other people.
Step 3
Write down a short sentence combining your chosen value and
qualities/talents. Starting with: ‘I am....’ or ‘I
believe...’ or ‘I stand for....’
Maximum of 8 words in your sentence.
Your have to make sure that your sentence reflects you to
the max but also how it affects or serves others.
Make sure that the sentence is reproduced easily by you at
every moment. And write it in the present tense.
Your Life Purpose
Did you write down your sentence?
What happened to you when you read it?
Does it feel powerful?
Can’t get used to it yet?
Not really satisfied maybe?
Whatever it does, it is the truth about
you. Your Life Purpose will change over
time but you can use your Life Purpose
right now. You have to act upon it.
That’s your privilege. On the next
slide I invite you to find out the
areas you can develop. On a personal
and professional level.
Write down what you have to do right now to improve your
life in the following four categories. Make sure you
give yourself a score on each four. What’s your score
now and what do you want it to be? Determine your
measurable goals (long and short term) and write down
your actions.
To live your life purpose
1. Health
2. Spiritual
3. Mental
4. Social/emotional
You now have a Life Purpose and
things to do in four categories.
Write a letter to yourself (maximum
of 1 page). Make sure you write the
letter with the awareness that you
are already perfect, you are unique
and complete. It’s OK to be what
you are right now.
Date the letter one year later and
write the letter in the past.
Describe what you have done, what
you have overcome, what you have
learned, what you have achieved,
who you have become in that year.
End the letter answering what would
happen if you didn’t do it.
Write a letter to yourself
tekst
This Inspiration Game comes to an
end. You have your Life Purpose
now, your goals and your actions.
Make sure to read your letter every
week. Act upon it. And read your
letter out loud to at least 3
people; a friend, your life
partner, a colleague. They will
support you. Give them a copy and
ask them to send the letter to you
in a year from now. So, that should
remind you once more to act upon it
as well. And keep at it. Good Luck!
