This document outlines a 4-week program to improve one's life through daily activities and lessons. Week 1 focuses on stopping fear of change, taking back time, deciding to be healthy, and living life. Week 2 is about stopping complaints, believing in yourself, making decisions and understanding imperfection. Week 3 develops new habits like organization, self-confidence, and moving past pain. Week 4 establishes the program as a new lifestyle through goals, learning, self-care, and relationships.
