Day 2
– Take back your time-
People are always stealing your time. Oh it not anything big. They don’t ask for hours upon
hour at one time. They ask for small amounts of time over and over again. You have to be
strong enough to say no. No I cannot do that for you or No I do not want to go this place or
that place with you. Yes, some people will have hurt feelings. Some will not want to be your
friend anymore . . . so what. If they cannot understand that then so be it. It is your life.
Let’s live it.
Try to make your rules and regulations. People cannot stay happy in any circumstances. You
have to be strong enough to deal with any situation in your own way. Don’t care about the
society. Very few people are here to encourage you while others are just for wasting your
time. In this era, the process of development is increasing in a way that you cannot stay
behind; you cannot wait for someone to be willing on your opinion. You have to deal with
8 | P a g e
them.
So, be strong, and try to say no.
The fear of being controlled by the people should be transformed. Your time is precious. Try
to utilize it in a good way rather than by being frustrated from people’s behavior.
There is a quote that “"You will never find time for anything. You must make it."
This quotation also makes this sense that time management is very important, for any
achievement there must be some planning on proper time management. You cannot always
take care about the sentiments of the people that how they will react after being ignored.
Your job is just to pay attention about your life, what you think is the most important part. So
just stop making excuses, put aside your fears and rational theories, and try to make that
initial effort. You must need to take one step in the direction you want to go and each further
step would be easier.
Time is a special resource that you cannot save for later use. Everyone has the exact same
amount of time each day. Time not well used cannot be retrieved. Life today presents so
many distractions, and therefore, it is very easy to lose time on unimportant activities. So
make yourself prepare for the right things.
9 | P a g e
Day 3
– Decide to be healthy-
Health is the blessing of God. It is widely acknowledged, “a healthy body equals a healthy
mind.” Hence health is very important for any affair. A healthy person is much more satisfied
in his life. A healthy body can be a factor of a healthy mind: physically healthy people
usually have more energy to work on things they care about; therefore they have a better
chance to enjoy their lives. In contrast, their health issues may disturb physically unhealthy
people. Their concern can distract them from doing things that would make them happy. A
healthy man is always happy. He feels inclined to work. He feels inclined to serve others. A
man with a sound body is full of optimism. He goes ahead. He presses on and on. Hence it is
important to stay healthy. You can enthusiastic and energetic. The mind of a man with
shattered body and health is always full of pessimism and sorrow. That person has no heart to
10 | P a g e
do anything thus remain behind in every activity. That is no better than a dead man. Thus
Health is very important for achievements as well. Health becomes you passionate about your
future. Make yourself healthy. The mind of a person with shattered body and health is always
full of pessimism and sorrow. He has no heart to do anything. He likes to mope and whine in
a corner. He cannot pay attention to his life properly. Life has no charm for him.
Hence try to be healthy as it is important for making right decisions about your life.
11 | P a g e
Day 4
– Live your life-
The majority of people are like drones, nowadays. It seems as if they are living their lives in
trance- numb sleepwalkers that do the same things day in and day out- while being stuck in
various routines that have accumulated during the years. Routines that give them the
sensation of stability in an unstable and ever changing world. There is no variety other than
the regularly routine. People are so much busy in their routine that they have no time for
themselves. It is very important to preserve some time for yourself. People have mastered the
skill of multi- tasking and can perform various tasks simultaneously, but they lack the ability
to focus on only one thing at a time and wonder why they don’t get anything done or why
they are not happy with the outcome of their multi-tasked work. It is just because of their
over-burden of work and not having time for themselves. Live your life means that try to
follow where your heart leads you.
When you make important decisions and try to neglect the promising external factors, just for
a moment, listen to your heart. It will give you more satisfaction. Live your life means that
accept the things as they are. Worrying about the past and the future can be a vicious circle
12 | P a g e
that occupies your mind with thoughts and situations that are not related to this present
situation, which fully prevents you from living life to the fullest. The key of the happy life is
in the acceptance of what happened. Try to make yourself happy, and try to live every
moment of your life because life is precious. Try to live the present moment completely
rather than remembering the past.
13 | P a g e
Day 5
- Set your goals-
Most of the time it happens that you feel as if you are adrift in the world. You work hard, but
you don’t seem to get anything worthwhile.
You feel this because you don’t make formal goals about your future. Goal setting is a
powerful process for thinking and giving maximum time to that concept which you want in
your life.
Setting goals help you choose where you want to go in life. This is the kind of determination
because you make certain plans and you become determent over it. Goal setting is a powerful
process for thinking about your future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this
future into reality. It enables you to think about your weaknesses. You may strengthen your
weak points by planning. Setting goal is the first step toward any achievement. You may not
succeed unless you have not any plan in your head.
It makes you more encouraging achieving that specific goal. You pay more attention about
that point. It is the first step towards your success without you may not able to do anything
for your success.
14 | P a g e
Day 6
-What is your assets-
Try to focus what is most valuable thing you have. Every person has something very valuable
in his/her life. Try to know what you possess. Your most valuable asset doesn’t show up on
your balance sheet. Your most valuable asset is your ability or capacity to perform
effectively, in a word: POWER!
Your assert shows your capacity. Your power.
General Patton once said,
“Remember the French Revolution? That battle was won with brooms, sticks and stones- by a
bunch of angry women. Get a determined bunch of men and women and they will win the
battles no matter what the odds or what kind of equipment they use.”
Power is the most valuable assert. You should have to explore it in yourself; you are not less
than anyone. There is just need to trust on your abilities. Trust on yourself. Your assert will
show your power over others. Put your time on your abilities and try to make it better so that
you can utilize in a good way.
15 | P a g e
Day 7
– Stop being a victim-
Stop being a victim. Try to make your choices. Learning to make small choices strengthens to
make bigger choices. Making choices can be difficult but every time when you make a small
choice shows that you are independent and have stability in the life.
Don’t give chance to anyone to empower over you. You are the ruler of your life so it is your
responsibility to set your rules according to your mind. Being victimized will make you
weak in every part of your life. You could not live your life properly.
Try to understand that you are free. You are safe and have your own rules. You may start
questioning your decisions. Regaining your self-esteem.
Helping others can make you feel like you have a sense of purpose in the world, and can
take your mind off your own struggles. Try to get out and connect with others as much as
possible. It will also help to realize that you are not lesser important than others. Research
shows that regular exercise lowers rates of depression and anxiety because it helps to release
endorphins, or those “feel good” chemicals in the brain.
You have your own existence and identity. Don’t give the chance to anyone of fading it
away. Try to realize others that you have your identity. Try to trust on yourself. You should
have this faith that you can do anything more courageously.
16 | P a g e
You don’t need to be ashamed on anything rather than you should realize others that every
time you could not be a victim. Being a victim will lose your self-esteem. You may not be
able to work properly but you have to manage your own position in every one’s life.
17 | P a g e
Day 8
--- Stop complaining
Stop complaing and try to find out happiness in little things. This life is so small so live every
moment in every state of life. Remember, you and you alone are responsible for maintaining
your energy. Give up blaming, complaining and excuse making, and keep taking action in the
direction of your goals - however mundane or lofty they may be. Everyone has to make their
own decisions. You just have to be able to accept the consequences without complaining.
Every person has his own life.
This is the fact that people start pointing you but you have to make your own arguments
instead of being victimized. Every person ahs the right to live according to their will so you
have to act upon it. Don’t be so annoy that you have made some wrong decisions in your life.
just keep calm and try to not make it again.
You will not get another chance to make an improvement in your life so just focus on your
goals without taking any care about people. People are just for discourging you, they cannot
see you happy and arouse you to complain about your life. But you should remain happy with
your little small things.
Try to make every single moment of your life enjoyable. So don’t complain about petty
things. It could make you discontented over the things you have already. Thankful to God
what you actually possess and be contented. Life remains not the same so try to adjust
yourself in the best possible way. Don’t be judgmental. Once you stop judging peoplewithout
18 | P a g e
knowing their stories, you will most likely complain less about the things people do. Try to
remain free from any such issues.
Day 9
--- Believe in yourself
Believe in yourself. You can make anything possible. You are what you own and
you own great power of imagination and knowledge. Make this knowledge in a good way so
that you can achieve your dreams. People try to discourge but take it in a positive sense. They
just make you realize that you are good for nothing. Don’t listen to them. You have to trust
on your abilites. You can do anthing just try to believe on yourself. It may be difficult to
believe in yourself if you are always trying to please others. Don’t bother about people’s
consent. Try to understand what you want from your life. Setting realistic goals will help
you to believe in yourself and your ability to accomplish things.Self-reflection is an important
component of self-improvement. It helps you to take stock of what you are doing well and
what you still need to work on. Try to maintain your self-respect. If you will not respect
yourself, you have no right to expect from others. Sometimes we feel like giving up because
failure is a possibility, but it’s perfectly natural to struggle with something the first time you
do it. Instead of blaming yourself for doing something wrong, you should remain
19 | P a g e
persistent, give yourself one more chance to experiment without worrying about the
consequences. Things may change but you should remain persistent so that you can better
understand the things. Psychologists have found that we often focus on negative comments
about ourselves while ignoring the positive ones. So try to avoid such stuff, try to find out
good things in yourselves. It will try to rebuilt your believe.
20 | P a g e
Day 10
- What is your time line-
Life is all about having and losing something. Every day is the new day. A person gets more
experience and exploration in everyday life. Try to add it in your timeline. What you get,
what you could not get, what you want to achieve? What are you dreaming for? Timeline is
what you want to add and remove in your life.
what kind of people you want to have in your life. It is your life. You are the ruler so you
have the right to add and remove happiness and sorrow from your timeline.
Make a timeline in which mention the name of those whom you are concerned or you want to
be in a relationship. Those things which you want and those which are not for your taste. This
timeline will show you your weaknesses and you can manage it in a better way as you want
to do. It is just meant to aware you that what are most important things for you?
There could be the memories about the past and the present and your ideas about your future.
How you can get a better future? You can manage all these things in your timeline.
It might encourge you to do well in your future. It is like a bucket list, in which you plan to
have all the things you want to do, achieve in your life. Timeline is the same kind of bucket
list. You can manage things according to your ideas and imagination. The whole point of
generating your timeline is to make your life more delightful. It could be better by creating
this. It’s a reminder of all the things we want to achieve in our time here, so that instead of
pandering our time in pointless activities, we are directing it fully toward what matters to us.
21 | P a g e
Your timeline is your list in which those things will include which you would like to do in
your life. You can use it for any purpose.
22 | P a g e
Day 11
- Make a decision-
In psychology, decision-making is regarded as the cognitive process resulting in the selection
of a belief or a course of action among several alternative possibilities. Every decision-
making process produces a final choice that may or may not prompt action.
People often say that they find it hard to make decisions. They have not such kind of belief in
themselves because they are those people who failed many times in their tasks. They could not
make more efforts to achieve it while there are some people who fail many times still stick to their
ambitions to achieve them. These are the true fighters. They know how to spend life fulling
without any fear.
Decision-making is the first step to move towards any goal. You may not get success unless and
until you have no faith on yourself. You have to keep faith on yourself. Decisions may wrong, but
this is not meant that you are a loser, the true fighter is, which takes everything seriously and still
stick to his goals.
Life gives only one chance hence it is a chance for you to make your life glowing. Most of the
people frightens of making decisions that fate may not be at their side. Man learns from his
weaknesses, form his failure. You may not achieve your goal without falling.
Some people put off making decisions by endlessly searching for more information or getting
other people to offer their recommendations. No one is enough genius to know about his future.
Everyone takes risks. It is only through decision-making. Your wrong decision will tell you what is
good for you and what is not. Some people have trouble with making choices because they hate
to make a decision. They are afraid of the consequences of making the wrong decision. To them,
there is a mysterious right decision that they need to find, and they haven’t a clue about how to
23 | P a g e
do so, or what the decision might be. You would remain in the same condition unless you would
not make such decisions and would learn from it. Don’t need to afraid from it. Try to learn things
form your decision-making.
24 | P a g e
Day 12
- Understand no one is perfect-
As we go through this life we have, we must accept and realize that nobody is perfect in the
world, and human nature makes all kinds of mistakes. You must have the courage to neglect
others mistake. No one is perfect in this world.
“To err is human”
Hence it is in his nature to do such mistakes, you would have to neglect other mistakes.
Mistakes kind of know the truth. You make mistake then you ponder over it, you want to
avoid it in your future. Mistakes are something that a lot of people do not admit in doing and
there is really no shame in doing mistakes because everybody does it. It is hard to admit our
mistakes and we try to hide it as much as we can, but it comes out no matter what happens.
Do not worry about it so much, but worry about it if it’s been done more. You should avoid
it. You should make yourself the perfect one. You should learn from your mistakes because
these are for taking you on the right path.
If you want to make perfect, you need to improve yourself from your mistakes.
Always analyze and think about your actions and words before you say and do them. Do your
best to not make the same mistake twice and it does not hurt to ask for guidance and
assistance with things. Mistakes help us to learn more. Hence learn more, rather than
repeating the same mistake. You can able to move towards the right direction. So try not to
make mistakes, but make mistakes to learn and get ahead. Nobody achieves greatness without
it.
25 | P a g e
26 | P a g e
Day 13
- Name what is special about you-
Everybodyhasthat something,which makeshimdifferentfromothers.Trytoanalyze whatisspecial
in your personality? People love you for that special feature that makes you so unique. Try to
mention it in front of yourself. Try to improve that feature that makes you most popular in the
people.Firstof all, there isnothingwrongwith being who you are. In fact, the more you are willing
to be yourself, the better is your chance of being authentic and special. Some people are either
afraidto showwhotheyreallyare, because theybelieve thatotherpeople are better than them. Or
as a resultof lack of innerconsciousness, theyare justnotaware of their own special gifts. Don’t be
fool;noone is perfect, aswe know. So try to know what is your strengthen point, which makes you
distinctive overothers. Every person is special. God has created every person with special feature.
There isjust needtounderstandthatyouare veryspecial.Tryto reformyourabilities.Trytoutilize it
in a good way. If you have a helping nature, you can become someone’s hero by helping him/her.
Regardlessof howorwhat youmay at presentthinkof yourself, youare still special and that is what
other people want to see and experience in you. Psychologically, people are more attracted to
someone who is genuine. So don't try to be what you are not.
27 | P a g e
Day 14
- What is your dreams-?
You are important. What you think is important. Try to make every single moment of your
life memorable. It is the case with your dreams. What are your dreams? What you want to achieve
and whatyou are wishingforisthe most importance partof yourlife.Mostpeople have noideahow
to achieve theirdreams.Whattheypossessisavague notionthatthere is somethingtheywouldlike
to do somedayorsomeone theywouldlike tobecome.Buttheydon’tknow how togetfrom here to
there. If that describes you, then you’ll be glad to know that there really is hope.
Dreams are the path of your goals. They are actually showing you the true way to achieve your
destiny. Your dreams are important. Dreams actually confront you from your personality. You
become able toknowaboutyourself."We dream about what concerns us most," Dr. Angel Morgan,
so dreams are the part of our life.
Dreams seem to help us process emotions by encoding and constructing memories of them. What
we see and experience in our dreams might not necessarily be real, but the emotions attached to
these experiences certainly are,” wrote Dr. Sander van der Linden, a doctoral researcher in social
experimental psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science, in his article
for Scientific American. “Our dream stories essentially try to strip the emotion out of a certain
experience by creating a memory of it. This way, the emotion itself is no longer active.”
Try to know what you actually want from your life through dreams and try to achieve that.
28 | P a g e
Day 15
- Get organized-
Really organized people are not born organized people. They have to cultivate healthy habits,
which then help them to stay organized. Here are the essential ten habits they use to keep
their lives in order:
1. Write Things Down
We all know someone that remembers every birthday and sends cards for every holiday. It’s
not magic and they don’t use memorization. Trying to remember things will not help you to
stay organized. You should try writing things down.
A pen and some paper is our way of remembering things externally, and it’s much more
permanent. You can also use a computer or a smart phone. You will only further complicate
your life by trying to contain important dates and reminders in your head. Write down
everything: shopping lists for groceries, holiday gifts, home decor, and important dates like
meetings and birthdays.
29 | P a g e
As an experiment, try writing down people’s names shortly after you meet them (when
they’re not looking). I’ll bet you remember a lot more names that way.
2. Make Schedules and Deadlines
Organized people don’t waste time. They recognize that keeping things organized goes hand-
in-hand with staying productive. They make and keep schedules for the day and week. They
make deadlines and set goals. And most importantly, they and stick to them! Similarly, by
living a cluttered lifestyle, you will not have the time or space to make your deadlines or
achieve your goals.
As an experiment, look at your bucket list or make one. Write down the things you want to
achieve this year or in your life. Then write down what you need to do to achieve them.
3. Don’t Procrastinate
The longer you wait to do something, the more difficult it will be to get it done. If you want
your life to be less stressful and less demanding, then organize as soon as you can. Putting in
the effort to get things done as soon as possible will lift the weight off of you from doing it
later.
As an experiment, think of one thing that you should organize in your life. Write it down.
Then write down when you can do it and what you need to get it done. If you can get it done
right now, then go do it!
30 | P a g e
4. Give Everything a Home
It’s easy to get lost if you don’t have a home. Keeping your life-organized means keeping
your things in their proper places. Organized people keep order by storing things properly
and by labeling storage spaces.
Make easy-to-access storage spaces for things you use all the time, and don’t let your storage
spaces get cluttered. Be creative about finding places for things. In addition, as a BIG NO:
never label a storage space as “miscellaneous!”
As an experiment, choose one place in your home that you can re-organize. If there are
scattered items, then group them together. Once you’ve sorted everything, find or make a
“home” for similar items, label the “homes,” and put them in the proper places. For example,
a cup holder for your pens and pencils should go in an easily accessible place, but the rarely
used craft materials can be stored out of sight.
5. DE clutter Regularly
Find time each week to organize. Highly organized people make sure they find time every
week, or more, to organize their things. Stuff does not stay organized on its own; it needs to
be reorganized continuously and consistently.
As an experiment, look at your schedule and find a time to organize, and then do it.
31 | P a g e
6. Keep Only What You Need
More stuff means more clutter. People who live organized lives only keep what they need and
what they really want. Having fewer things also means that you enjoy those things more and
feel better about using everything you own, rather than letting half of what you own collect
dust.
10. Work Hard
Put in a little effort. Actually, put in a lot of effort when necessary. Once you have delegated
responsibilities and made a schedule, then you can organize what you have to do and when
you can do it. Staying organized is not all a breeze. It requires that you work hard with
recognition that when you work harder, you can enjoy your home life.
32 | P a g e
Day 16
- Understand you are tougher than life-
You’re MentallyStronger than You Think
Just as your brain can convince you that you’ve reached your physical limits when you really
haven’t, it can also tell you you’re too tuckered out for mental tasks, when your noodle
actually has more to give.
Some of the most fascinating studies on the link between the mind and physical exertion have
shown that simply swishing a sugary drink in your mouth and then spitting it out without
swallowing it can boost athletic performance by 2% (again, despite the small number, this
represents a significant boost). Your body uses glucose for fuel during exercise, but the
swish-n-spit effect occurs even when the muscles still have plenty of glucose left to burn,
and even though the athlete hasn’t actually ingested any glucose! The sugary drink in the
mouth tricks the brain’s anxious, bean-counting central governor into thinking that more fuel
is on the way, leading it to relax its guard on your supply so you can continue to push
yourself.
33 | P a g e
Researchers wondered if the swish-n-spit effect would also work when it came to sticking
with purely mental tasks. As we’ve discussed before, your willpower is a finite resource that
is depleted each time you exercise your self-control. If you use your willpower up on one
task, you then have less of it for the next one. It used to be thought that this process of
willpower depletion occurred because exercising self-control utilized glucose in the body,
and the lower your glucose went, the less willpower you had at your disposal. For this reason,
eating something was suggested as a way to replenish your willpower supply, and indeed
studies showed that willpower-depleted individuals were able to exercise greater self-control
after they had a snack, particularly something sweet.
But a recent study found that simply swishing a sugary drink in the mouth without
swallowing it had the very same effect. Participants were first given a willpower-sapping task
like working on impossible-to-solve math problems, reading a boring piece of writing, or
avoiding a plate of cookies and eating radishes instead. With their mental fortitude sapped,
they would then give up more easily when presented with another tedious task. However,
when the participants swished their mouths with a sugary drink in between the self-control-
requiring tasks, they stuck with them longer. Even though the participants hadn’t actually
ingested any glucose, sensing sugar in the mouth was enough to trick the anxious, fuel-
monitoring central governor into girding up their minds for another round of effort. Just as
with physical exertion, your brain lies to you about what you’re mentally capable of; it tells
you your willpower is tapped out, when really there’s plenty of mental energy being held in
34 | P a g e
reserve.
Day17
Stop comparing to yourself from others
We all do it or have done it at some point in our lives: We compare ourselves to others and
gauge where we are based on what we observe them to be doing.
If this was simply an observation, that would be one thing. But in comparing ourselves to
others, we often end up judging ourselves. There’s no one worse to judge!
If you have ever noticed, it doesn’t matter how many people are on your side, cheering you
on. If you can’t get on your own side, you never get past “go.”
The thing about comparison is that there is never a win. How often do we compare ourselves
with someone less fortunate than us and consider ourselves blessed? More often, we compare
ourselves with someone who we perceive as being, having, or doing more.
And this just leaves us coming up short.
35 | P a g e
But our minds do want to quantify. Our minds want to rank and file and organize
information. Our mind wants to know where we fit into the scheme of things. So we need to
give it something to do.
So, instead of training it to stop comparing altogether, why not simply redirect the
comparison to a past and a present self and keep the comparison within?
We are always becoming more. Who you are today is a result of the decisions you made
yesterday. We are always in a state of creation. We decide and then we decide again, and the
direction is always toward expansion. It is our human nature to expand.
So, when you catch yourself comparing yourself to another, stop for a moment and re-direct
the thought. Instead of submitting to the temptation to compare you to someone else, ask
yourself a few questions instead.
What are you doing today that you couldn’t have done five, three, or even one year ago? How
have you stepped out in the last year that you might have found inconceivable before?
What new decisions have you made or what new actions have you taken that have resulted in
you moving in a new direction in your life?
What are your wins this year, compared to last year at this time? How has your life
improved? How have you improved? What have you done recently that you never thought
you could do?
36 | P a g e
What negative behavior have you stopped engaging in, that you never thought you could
quit? What positive behavior have you been engaging in that up until now, you have resisted?
How are you doing more of what you said you were going to do and shown up more
consistently for your own success?
In other words, how have you continued to become a new and improved version of yourself?
That’s the stuff that counts. Comparing ourselves with someone else is an inaccurate and
irrelevant measuring stick.
Think about the faulty logic. Take, for example, an introvert who feels energized after
periods of solitude. What does she get by comparing herself to a gregarious, outgoing
personality who gets bored by an hour alone with her?
What kind of illogical conclusions can she come to by this comparison?
Take any one of our perpetual comparisons and question the logic. Most are completely
irrational in their reasoning.
We all came in different. We all came in with certain intentions that through life experience,
we have continued to hone. In fact, the only masterful creation we have to work with is
ourselves.
37 | P a g e
Day 18
- Move past the pain-
We’ve all been hurt. You can’t be an adult — or teen — alive today who hasn’t experienced
some kind of emotional pain.
It hurts.
I get that. But what you do with that hurt is probably more important than the hurt itself.
Would you prefer to get back to being an active liver of life? Or do you prefer to ruminate
endlessly about the past and something that cannot be changed
5 Ways to Let Go of Past Hurts
The only way you can accept new joy and happiness into your life is to make space for it. If
your heart is filled full up with pain and hurt, how can you be open to anything new?
1. Make the decision to let it go.
38 | P a g e
Things don’t disappear on their own. You need to make the commitment to “let it go.” If you
don’t make this conscious choice up-front, you could end up self-sabotaging any effort to
move on from this past hurt.
2. Express your pain — and your responsibility.
Express the pain the hurt made you feel, whether it’s directly to the other person, or through
just getting it out of your system
3. Stop being the victim and blaming others.
Being the victim feels good — it’s like being on the winning team of you against the world.
But guess what? The world largely doesn’t care, so you need to get over yourself. Yes, you’re
special. Yes, your feelings matter. But don’t confuse with “your feelings matter” to “your
feelings should override all else, and nothing else matters.” Your feelings are just one part of
this large thing we call life, which is all interwoven and complex. And messy.
In every moment, you have that choice — to continue to feel bad about another person’s
actions, or to start feeling good. You need to take responsibility for your own happiness, and
not put such power into the hands of another person.
4. Focus on the present — the here and now — and joy.
39 | P a g e
Now it’s time to let go. Let go of the past, and stop reliving it. Stop telling yourself that story
where the protagonist — you — is forever the victim of this other person’s horrible actions
you can’t undo the past, all you can do is to make today the best day of your life.
5. Forgive them — and yourself.
We may not have to forget another person’s bad behaviors, but virtually everybody deserves
our forgiveness. Sometimes we get stuck in our pain and our stubbornness, we can’t even
imagine forgiveness. But forgiveness isn’t saying, “I agree with what you did.” Instead, it’s
saying, “I don’t agree with what you did, but I forgive you anyway.”
Forgiveness isn’t a sign of weakness. Instead, it’s simply saying, “I’m a good person. You’re
a good person.
Day 19
- Reconnect with family-
40 | P a g e
1. Reach out several times. Not just once.
The main reason that so many familial relationships deteriorate over the years can often be
traced to simple lack of communication and stubbornness. Perhaps you feel that you’ve been
wronged by a family member, or vice versa. The other thinks you should make the effort,
whereas your reality dictates that they should make the effort. This situation can often lead to
a communication deadlock that can last for years. Instead, offer an olive branch and make the
effort yourself. Let go of whatever it is that’s holding you back. And try not just once, but
several times until your family member comes around.
2. Forgive and ask for forgiveness.
Whatever it is that’s holding you back from being close with your loved ones, it’s likely that
both parties were in the wrong. If your son or daughter no longer talks to you out of shame
after some argument, go out of your way to forgive them. Don’t just forgive them in your
heart, but forgive them with words. On the flipside, if it’s you that’s caused the schism with
your family members (even if it’s a misunderstanding), admit to your transgressions and ask
for forgiveness.
3. Confront the issues.
41 | P a g e
Asking for forgiveness is a good start, but it won’t go extremely far in your pursuit to mend
broken relationships. You and your family have become estranged from each other for a
reason or set of reasons. You cannot forgive each other and then proceed to ignore the
elephant in the room. No matter how painful it is, talk about what went wrong. Don’t argue;
discuss. Talk about how you felt, and explain that different people often perceive actions in
different ways. Whatever you do, talk through all your problems.
4. Once you’ve resolved problems, follow through.
Reuniting, talking, forgiving all has strong roles to play when mending family relationships.
But it doesn’t end there. After being estranged for so long, it’s so easy to slip back into old
habits. The reason you’re seeking reconciliation is to have a strong relationship. And strong
relationships are tended to with patience, care, and communication consistently. At the very
least, call your loved ones once or twice a week.
Day 20
-Enjoy yourself-
42 | P a g e
Life is the name of happiness. Sometime very small things give you more happiness than you deserve.
Try to find out that happiness, which give you fully satisfaction. Little things seem nothing, but they
give peace, like those meadow flowers, which individually seem odorless but all together perfume the
air. You have the rightto possesscertainhappinessinyourlife. Youare the ownerof your life hence
you deserve all the happiness.
Enjoythe little things, forone dayyoumake lookback and realize theywere the bigthings.”~Robert
Brault.
Ongoing small gestures can mean so much more than one grand display of love. Simple pleasures
throughout the day can be far more gratifying that one amazing weekend. When you connect the
dots between all these little joys, life seems fuller and more satisfying.
Live yourlife asmuch as youcan because youhave the chance to utilize itina different unique way.
Try to explore happiness in your surroundings.
Day21
Learn from your past
your ignorance or your mistake will save you a lot of pain. However, if you're a person who
43 | P a g e
knows it all, then you've got a lot of heavy-hearted experiences coming your way. It’s time to
move on from your past. But the only way to move further is to understand that what has
your past given to you? Try to understand that gap and avoid it in future.
Rick Warren: 'We are products of our past, but we don't have to be prisoners of it.'
Past is some kind of acknowledgment for us to do better in your future. If we repeat the same
mistake in our future then it is not good to be saying that we would give extra kind of effort
in our future. Past is for the decision making of the present and planning for the future hence
the only way you can accept new joy and happiness into your life is to make space for it.
Moving on is the only right decision for the right future. Learning the lessons of the past
allows you to build personal testimony on solid bedrock of obedience, faith, and the witness
of the Spirit.
Day 22
- Stop listening to them-
With so much love for the material world and low self-esteemed existing within most of us, it
is natural that achieving happiness becomes a difficult task. However, nothing is impossible
44 | P a g e
and you can be content with your life by alternating your lifestyle and perception. Just stop
listening to perceive others. It is not important what they say? The important thing is what
you want to so, which things make you satisfied. To make yourself feel happier, you should
stop listening to others. You feel content, when you could finally become able to do this.
People are so judgmental that they cannot make other person happy. You cannot remain
happy if you dwell on people’s opinion.
Well, in this materialistic world, people with having no time, just can discourage you. They
will never give you any right opinion for your betterment. So it is useless to ponder upon
their listening. Do in which you feel yourself satisfied rather than paid an attention on
people’s thoughts. Keep faith on yourself will give you motivation to move ahead.
We even feel down in the dumps when we are unable to satisfy people’s demand.
Stop being so conservative. Try to live your life. Set your life according to your rules and
regulations. Be happy with what you have and stop resenting those that have more.
Day 23
-Learn something new about the world-
45 | P a g e
Most of us have one or two areas of knowledge that we strive to know very well — things
related to our jobs, of course, and maybe a hobby or two. But while it’s important to develop
a deep understanding of the things that matter most to us, it is just as important to develop a
broad understanding of the world in general.
It is very good habit to be perfect in every aspect. You may gain more knowledge if you
study deeply about something.
You can study about any specific area. Then you can search it on Internet. You may get much
relevant material about any topic. You may search that article from your university library. It
may help to gather more material. It may increase your knowledge about any particular era.
You can boost up your knowledge through this way.
Just try to manage time for this stuff.
The more you understand the world, the more you will be able to explore yourself.
Life is the name of exploration.
Habits are socially contagious. It is a well-known fact in science that obesity for example
spreads through social networks. The habits and thinking patterns of those you spend time
with rub off on you. Expose yourself to people who are smarter than you in order to benefit
46 | P a g e
from them.
Day 24
- Buy yourself something nice-
It's surely hard to measure contentment, of course. There's no point system or way to
accurately measure the happiness flowing through your bloodstream, and happiness is an
emotion that can mean different things for different people, so keep that in mind as you read
on. That said, buying happiness all comes down to how you spend your money.
Buying yourself something new will give you a unique kind of satisfaction. Happiness will
get through these ways. If you want an easy boost to your happiness, you need to get out in
the world and do some new things. But you don't have to do it alone.
Real happiness will only get when you do something from your heart. Which you do
selflessly. Only those things give you real happiness.
Live every moment with this feeling of blissful that it is your last day. This is the only day
you are living for. When you think of buying happiness, you probably think of spending
money on yourself. That's perfectly normal, but there's a strong case for spending money on
others to create happiness. Sometimes seeing someone else's smile can do more for you than
47 | P a g e
making yourself smile.
Stay happy, and live every moment of your life.
Day 25
-Honor yourself-
Respect is an important aspect of life. Without honor and respect nothing flourishes and
progress. One should recognize one’s self-esteem and self-love. People take care too much of
others but while doing so they forget themselves and they neglect themselves. People give
love and care others but they forget to save amount of love and care for themselves. Lack of
self-esteem and self-love can grab hold of people in times of challenges and hardships. When
people need others nobody is there to help them to get out of that particular trouble.
People are very helpful and respectable to others in a way that others take it as for granted.
Nobody gives them the respect which they deserve. They may talk non-sense in their
absence by degrading them. One should not degrade one’s self in front of others. Self-esteem
and self-love is very important. Honoring one’s self is a learning process for others. God has
created us beautiful and gorgeous so we have to respect ourselves and by sharing so much
with the world in a respectable manner. So first respect yourself and then others.
48 | P a g e
Day 26
-Increase your ability to listen-
You as a human deserve more attention. And if you do not find out that respect, you remain
unsatisfied in your life. So try to increase your ability to listen people’s arguments. People
are here to unsatisfy you, but your job is to take it as a motivation. You are not lesser lower
than anyone. Just keep on focus on your abilities and try to build it more.
“There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is
as though everything is a miracle.”
― Albert Einstein
when you give chance to others to view their life according to their will, you should be ready
to accept the reality that how would they react on your life. Firstly, you should not care about
their views, if you do, then be ready to listen the reality. You should be strong enough to
accept the reality. Manage to listen people’s arguments. It will enable you to improve your
life as well.
49 | P a g e
Day 27
-Start a new relationship-
To live a goodlife,youshouldmove forward.For gettingsuccess,youshouldforgetabout your past,
your failures.Onlythenyouwouldbe able toachieve yourgoalsinfuture. “The amountof happiness
that you have depends on the amount of freedom you have in your heart.” ~ThichNhat Hanh
you may not enjoy the happiness of your life unless you would not be able to get out of your past.
Beinga socialist, youwouldbe able to have many links. You can get more knowledge, which would
give youmore benefits.Havingarelationshipisaveryimportantthingto have inlife. If relationships
never happened you would not be able to tell the real person you are. Relationships give you the
chance to interact with the people you are closest to. If relationships did not occur life would be
boring.Youwouldnotbe able to share yourthoughts or gain a person’s respect. Relationships help
you to analyze your personality. You begin to ponder upon on personality. Relationships tell you
what kind of a person you are. Your circle decides what sort of the person you are.” Company
makes a man perfect”, is the real quote. Hence make new friends and try to maintain balance
50 | P a g e
between your relations.
Day 28
--Decide to be achieve your goals-
Life is full of meanings and it depends on the persons that how they discover the meaning or
purpose of life. They live life or they enjoy life it depends on that how they understand the
meaning of life. Without meaning nothing comes out of anything it is the case with life. To
live life according to one’s wish one has to set some goals or dreams in the life to achieve and
to be a successful person in life. One a goal is set it seems that a road has been taken and now
one just has to move on and complete his journey but to complete his journey he has to face a
lot of hardships and difficulties. He has to show hard work and perseverance during his
journey to success.
The journey is long enough that it may dishearten the person and he may quits his journey.
This will not lead him to success. There are many factors responsible for achieving desire
goals. One of the main factor is assertiveness. It is that quality which is very important in
working situation and achieving one’s goals because in order to get what ones want one has
to push one’s self in order to be successful in one’s effort.
51 | P a g e
Day 29
- Make a Lasting impression on yourself-
I would like to add a quote of Oscar Wild,
“Be yourself, everyone else is taken.” Sometimes, we get so caught up in trying to impress
that we forget to show our true selves.
We should not forget who exactly we are. We pretend to become what we are not. So don’t
do this, show your inner self. Believe me, you will remain in a comfort zone.
Be pleasant, your mood matters a lot. What kind of mannerism you show to other person.
Your way of talking also describes your personality. Be calm.
Try to find out other person’s mood. Behave realistically.
Speak for yourself.
If you believe in yourself and seem confident, enthusiastic and genuinely interested in the
other person, then you will make a great impression. Some people may not like you for
reasons that are beyond your control, perhaps you remind them of someone or they are just
52 | P a g e
simply having a bad day. If you have negative responses, don’t let this affect you. You are
only in control of your own actions and thoughts. The outcomes of this are out of your
control so focus on the process.
53 | P a g e
Day 30
-Now motivate someone else-
Now it’s your turn to tell others what is good and bad. You have become a bigger source for
people to distinguish between good and bad.
The above given topic will change you completely.
Now you are able to tell others what you already have changed in your personality. Stress
will make things more complicated. Try to make the things easier for others. Be calm and try
to put your arguments over others. Don’t make the things messy.
You see many people, who just want to give up their life, try to tell them about positive
aspects of the life. Give them hope because life is all about hope.
You should treat people kindly.
No one likes to feel like they don’t matter. Just because you have final say doesn’t mean that
you can’t get some help with important decision making. People enjoy feeling like they’re
54 | P a g e
making a difference. Always keep an open ear and you’ll be motivating people to come up
with solutions and creative ideas.
Try to understand the inner self of the people. No one wants any dominating figure over his
or her life, so be cooperative, rather than ill mannered.

7 | Pa g e Day 2 – Take back your time- People are always stealing your time. Oh it not anything big. They don’t ask for hours upon hour at one time. They ask for small amounts of time over and over again. You have to be strong enough to say no. No I cannot do that for you or No I do not want to go this place or that place with you. Yes, some people will have hurt feelings. Some will not want to be your friend anymore . . . so what. If they cannot understand that then so be it. It is your life. Let’s live it. Try to make your rules and regulations. People cannot stay happy in any circumstances. You have to be strong enough to deal with any situation in your own way. Don’t care about the society. Very few people are here to encourage you while others are just for wasting your time. In this era, the process of development is increasing in a way that you cannot stay behind; you cannot wait for someone to be willing on your opinion. You have to deal with
  • 8.
8 | Pa g e them. So, be strong, and try to say no. The fear of being controlled by the people should be transformed. Your time is precious. Try to utilize it in a good way rather than by being frustrated from people’s behavior. There is a quote that “"You will never find time for anything. You must make it." This quotation also makes this sense that time management is very important, for any achievement there must be some planning on proper time management. You cannot always take care about the sentiments of the people that how they will react after being ignored. Your job is just to pay attention about your life, what you think is the most important part. So just stop making excuses, put aside your fears and rational theories, and try to make that initial effort. You must need to take one step in the direction you want to go and each further step would be easier. Time is a special resource that you cannot save for later use. Everyone has the exact same amount of time each day. Time not well used cannot be retrieved. Life today presents so many distractions, and therefore, it is very easy to lose time on unimportant activities. So make yourself prepare for the right things.
  • 9.
9 | Pa g e Day 3 – Decide to be healthy- Health is the blessing of God. It is widely acknowledged, “a healthy body equals a healthy mind.” Hence health is very important for any affair. A healthy person is much more satisfied in his life. A healthy body can be a factor of a healthy mind: physically healthy people usually have more energy to work on things they care about; therefore they have a better chance to enjoy their lives. In contrast, their health issues may disturb physically unhealthy people. Their concern can distract them from doing things that would make them happy. A healthy man is always happy. He feels inclined to work. He feels inclined to serve others. A man with a sound body is full of optimism. He goes ahead. He presses on and on. Hence it is important to stay healthy. You can enthusiastic and energetic. The mind of a man with shattered body and health is always full of pessimism and sorrow. That person has no heart to

He likes to mope and whine in a corner. He cannot pay attention to his life properly. Life has no charm for him. Hence try to be healthy as it is important for making right decisions about your life.
  • 11.
11 | Pa g e Day 4 – Live your life- The majority of people are like drones, nowadays. It seems as if they are living their lives in trance- numb sleepwalkers that do the same things day in and day out- while being stuck in various routines that have accumulated during the years. Routines that give them the sensation of stability in an unstable and ever changing world. There is no variety other than the regularly routine. People are so much busy in their routine that they have no time for themselves. It is very important to preserve some time for yourself. People have mastered the skill of multi- tasking and can perform various tasks simultaneously, but they lack the ability to focus on only one thing at a time and wonder why they don’t get anything done or why they are not happy with the outcome of their multi-tasked work. It is just because of their over-burden of work and not having time for themselves. Live your life means that try to follow where your heart leads you. When you make important decisions and try to neglect the promising external factors, just for a moment, listen to your heart. It will give you more satisfaction. Live your life means that accept the things as they are. Worrying about the past and the future can be a vicious circle
  • 12.
12 | Pa g e that occupies your mind with thoughts and situations that are not related to this present situation, which fully prevents you from living life to the fullest. The key of the happy life is in the acceptance of what happened. Try to make yourself happy, and try to live every moment of your life because life is precious. Try to live the present moment completely rather than remembering the past.
  • 13.
13 | Pa g e Day 5 - Set your goals- Most of the time it happens that you feel as if you are adrift in the world. You work hard, but you don’t seem to get anything worthwhile. You feel this because you don’t make formal goals about your future. Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking and giving maximum time to that concept which you want in your life. Setting goals help you choose where you want to go in life. This is the kind of determination because you make certain plans and you become determent over it. Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this future into reality. It enables you to think about your weaknesses. You may strengthen your weak points by planning. Setting goal is the first step toward any achievement. You may not succeed unless you have not any plan in your head. It makes you more encouraging achieving that specific goal. You pay more attention about that point. It is the first step towards your success without you may not able to do anything for your success.
  • 14.
14 | Pa g e Day 6 -What is your assets- Try to focus what is most valuable thing you have. Every person has something very valuable in his/her life. Try to know what you possess. Your most valuable asset doesn’t show up on your balance sheet. Your most valuable asset is your ability or capacity to perform effectively, in a word: POWER! Your assert shows your capacity. Your power. General Patton once said, “Remember the French Revolution? That battle was won with brooms, sticks and stones- by a bunch of angry women. Get a determined bunch of men and women and they will win the battles no matter what the odds or what kind of equipment they use.” Power is the most valuable assert. You should have to explore it in yourself; you are not less than anyone. There is just need to trust on your abilities. Trust on yourself. Your assert will show your power over others. Put your time on your abilities and try to make it better so that you can utilize in a good way.

15 | Pa g e Day 7 – Stop being a victim- Stop being a victim. Try to make your choices. Learning to make small choices strengthens to make bigger choices. Making choices can be difficult but every time when you make a small choice shows that you are independent and have stability in the life. Don’t give chance to anyone to empower over you. You are the ruler of your life so it is your responsibility to set your rules according to your mind. Being victimized will make you weak in every part of your life. You could not live your life properly. Try to understand that you are free. You are safe and have your own rules. You may start questioning your decisions. Regaining your self-esteem. Helping others can make you feel like you have a sense of purpose in the world, and can take your mind off your own struggles. Try to get out and connect with others as much as possible. It will also help to realize that you are not lesser important than others. Research shows that regular exercise lowers rates of depression and anxiety because it helps to release endorphins, or those “feel good” chemicals in the brain. You have your own existence and identity. Don’t give the chance to anyone of fading it away. Try to realize others that you have your identity. Try to trust on yourself. You should have this faith that you can do anything more courageously.
  • 16.
16 | Pa g e You don’t need to be ashamed on anything rather than you should realize others that every time you could not be a victim. Being a victim will lose your self-esteem. You may not be able to work properly but you have to manage your own position in every one’s life.

17 | Pa g e Day 8 --- Stop complaining Stop complaing and try to find out happiness in little things. This life is so small so live every moment in every state of life. Remember, you and you alone are responsible for maintaining your energy. Give up blaming, complaining and excuse making, and keep taking action in the direction of your goals - however mundane or lofty they may be. Everyone has to make their own decisions. You just have to be able to accept the consequences without complaining. Every person has his own life. This is the fact that people start pointing you but you have to make your own arguments instead of being victimized. Every person ahs the right to live according to their will so you have to act upon it. Don’t be so annoy that you have made some wrong decisions in your life. just keep calm and try to not make it again. You will not get another chance to make an improvement in your life so just focus on your goals without taking any care about people. People are just for discourging you, they cannot see you happy and arouse you to complain about your life. But you should remain happy with your little small things. Try to make every single moment of your life enjoyable. So don’t complain about petty things. It could make you discontented over the things you have already. Thankful to God what you actually possess and be contented. Life remains not the same so try to adjust yourself in the best possible way. Don’t be judgmental. Once you stop judging peoplewithout

18 | Pa g e knowing their stories, you will most likely complain less about the things people do. Try to remain free from any such issues. Day 9 --- Believe in yourself Believe in yourself. You can make anything possible. You are what you own and you own great power of imagination and knowledge. Make this knowledge in a good way so that you can achieve your dreams. People try to discourge but take it in a positive sense. They just make you realize that you are good for nothing. Don’t listen to them. You have to trust on your abilites. You can do anthing just try to believe on yourself. It may be difficult to believe in yourself if you are always trying to please others. Don’t bother about people’s consent. Try to understand what you want from your life. Setting realistic goals will help you to believe in yourself and your ability to accomplish things.Self-reflection is an important component of self-improvement. It helps you to take stock of what you are doing well and what you still need to work on. Try to maintain your self-respect. If you will not respect yourself, you have no right to expect from others. Sometimes we feel like giving up because failure is a possibility, but it’s perfectly natural to struggle with something the first time you do it. Instead of blaming yourself for doing something wrong, you should remain
  • 19.
19 | Pa g e persistent, give yourself one more chance to experiment without worrying about the consequences. Things may change but you should remain persistent so that you can better understand the things. Psychologists have found that we often focus on negative comments about ourselves while ignoring the positive ones. So try to avoid such stuff, try to find out good things in yourselves. It will try to rebuilt your believe.

20 | Pa g e Day 10 - What is your time line- Life is all about having and losing something. Every day is the new day. A person gets more experience and exploration in everyday life. Try to add it in your timeline. What you get, what you could not get, what you want to achieve? What are you dreaming for? Timeline is what you want to add and remove in your life. what kind of people you want to have in your life. It is your life. You are the ruler so you have the right to add and remove happiness and sorrow from your timeline. Make a timeline in which mention the name of those whom you are concerned or you want to be in a relationship. Those things which you want and those which are not for your taste. This timeline will show you your weaknesses and you can manage it in a better way as you want to do. It is just meant to aware you that what are most important things for you? There could be the memories about the past and the present and your ideas about your future. How you can get a better future? You can manage all these things in your timeline. It might encourge you to do well in your future. It is like a bucket list, in which you plan to have all the things you want to do, achieve in your life. Timeline is the same kind of bucket list. You can manage things according to your ideas and imagination. The whole point of generating your timeline is to make your life more delightful. It could be better by creating this. It’s a reminder of all the things we want to achieve in our time here, so that instead of pandering our time in pointless activities, we are directing it fully toward what matters to us.

21 | Pa g e Your timeline is your list in which those things will include which you would like to do in your life. You can use it for any purpose.

22 | Pa g e Day 11 - Make a decision- In psychology, decision-making is regarded as the cognitive process resulting in the selection of a belief or a course of action among several alternative possibilities. Every decision- making process produces a final choice that may or may not prompt action. People often say that they find it hard to make decisions. They have not such kind of belief in themselves because they are those people who failed many times in their tasks. They could not make more efforts to achieve it while there are some people who fail many times still stick to their ambitions to achieve them. These are the true fighters. They know how to spend life fulling without any fear. Decision-making is the first step to move towards any goal. You may not get success unless and until you have no faith on yourself. You have to keep faith on yourself. Decisions may wrong, but this is not meant that you are a loser, the true fighter is, which takes everything seriously and still stick to his goals. Life gives only one chance hence it is a chance for you to make your life glowing. Most of the people frightens of making decisions that fate may not be at their side. Man learns from his weaknesses, form his failure. You may not achieve your goal without falling. Some people put off making decisions by endlessly searching for more information or getting other people to offer their recommendations. No one is enough genius to know about his future. Everyone takes risks. It is only through decision-making. Your wrong decision will tell you what is good for you and what is not. Some people have trouble with making choices because they hate to make a decision. They are afraid of the consequences of making the wrong decision. To them, there is a mysterious right decision that they need to find, and they haven’t a clue about how to
  • 23.
23 | Pa g e do so, or what the decision might be. You would remain in the same condition unless you would not make such decisions and would learn from it. Don’t need to afraid from it. Try to learn things form your decision-making.

24 | Pa g e Day 12 - Understand no one is perfect- As we go through this life we have, we must accept and realize that nobody is perfect in the world, and human nature makes all kinds of mistakes. You must have the courage to neglect others mistake. No one is perfect in this world. “To err is human” Hence it is in his nature to do such mistakes, you would have to neglect other mistakes. Mistakes kind of know the truth. You make mistake then you ponder over it, you want to avoid it in your future. Mistakes are something that a lot of people do not admit in doing and there is really no shame in doing mistakes because everybody does it. It is hard to admit our mistakes and we try to hide it as much as we can, but it comes out no matter what happens. Do not worry about it so much, but worry about it if it’s been done more. You should avoid it. You should make yourself the perfect one. You should learn from your mistakes because these are for taking you on the right path. If you want to make perfect, you need to improve yourself from your mistakes. Always analyze and think about your actions and words before you say and do them. Do your best to not make the same mistake twice and it does not hurt to ask for guidance and assistance with things. Mistakes help us to learn more. Hence learn more, rather than repeating the same mistake. You can able to move towards the right direction. So try not to make mistakes, but make mistakes to learn and get ahead. Nobody achieves greatness without it.

People love you for that special feature that makes you so unique. Try to mention it in front of yourself. Try to improve that feature that makes you most popular in the people.Firstof all, there isnothingwrongwith being who you are. In fact, the more you are willing to be yourself, the better is your chance of being authentic and special. Your dreams are important. Dreams actually confront you from your personality. You become able toknowaboutyourself."We dream about what concerns us most," Dr. Angel Morgan, so dreams are the part of our life. Dreams seem to help us process emotions by encoding and constructing memories of them. What we see and experience in our dreams might not necessarily be real, but the emotions attached to these experiences certainly are,” wrote Dr. Sander van der Linden, a doctoral researcher in social experimental psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science, in his article for Scientific American. “Our dream stories essentially try to strip the emotion out of a certain experience by creating a memory of it. This way, the emotion itself is no longer active.” Try to know what you actually want from your life through dreams and try to achieve that.

28 | Pa g e Day 15 - Get organized- Really organized people are not born organized people. They have to cultivate healthy habits, which then help them to stay organized. Here are the essential ten habits they use to keep their lives in order: 1. Write Things Down We all know someone that remembers every birthday and sends cards for every holiday. It’s not magic and they don’t use memorization. Trying to remember things will not help you to stay organized. You should try writing things down. A pen and some paper is our way of remembering things externally, and it’s much more permanent. You can also use a computer or a smart phone. You will only further complicate your life by trying to contain important dates and reminders in your head. Write down everything: shopping lists for groceries, holiday gifts, home decor, and important dates like meetings and birthdays.
  • 29.
29 | Pa g e As an experiment, try writing down people’s names shortly after you meet them (when they’re not looking). I’ll bet you remember a lot more names that way. 2. Make Schedules and Deadlines Organized people don’t waste time. They recognize that keeping things organized goes hand- in-hand with staying productive. They make and keep schedules for the day and week. They make deadlines and set goals. And most importantly, they and stick to them! Similarly, by living a cluttered lifestyle, you will not have the time or space to make your deadlines or achieve your goals. As an experiment, look at your bucket list or make one. Write down the things you want to achieve this year or in your life. Then write down what you need to do to achieve them. 3. Don’t Procrastinate The longer you wait to do something, the more difficult it will be to get it done. If you want your life to be less stressful and less demanding, then organize as soon as you can. Putting in the effort to get things done as soon as possible will lift the weight off of you from doing it later. As an experiment, think of one thing that you should organize in your life. Write it down. Then write down when you can do it and what you need to get it done. If you can get it done right now, then go do it!
  • 30.
30 | Pa g e 4. Give Everything a Home It’s easy to get lost if you don’t have a home. Keeping your life-organized means keeping your things in their proper places. Organized people keep order by storing things properly and by labeling storage spaces. Make easy-to-access storage spaces for things you use all the time, and don’t let your storage spaces get cluttered. Be creative about finding places for things. In addition, as a BIG NO: never label a storage space as “miscellaneous!” As an experiment, choose one place in your home that you can re-organize. If there are scattered items, then group them together. Once you’ve sorted everything, find or make a “home” for similar items, label the “homes,” and put them in the proper places. For example, a cup holder for your pens and pencils should go in an easily accessible place, but the rarely used craft materials can be stored out of sight. 5. DE clutter Regularly Find time each week to organize. Highly organized people make sure they find time every week, or more, to organize their things. Stuff does not stay organized on its own; it needs to be reorganized continuously and consistently. As an experiment, look at your schedule and find a time to organize, and then do it.
  • 31.
31 | Pa g e 6. Keep Only What You Need More stuff means more clutter. People who live organized lives only keep what they need and what they really want. Having fewer things also means that you enjoy those things more and feel better about using everything you own, rather than letting half of what you own collect dust. 10. Work Hard Put in a little effort. Actually, put in a lot of effort when necessary. Once you have delegated responsibilities and made a schedule, then you can organize what you have to do and when you can do it. Staying organized is not all a breeze. It requires that you work hard with recognition that when you work harder, you can enjoy your home life.

32 | Pa g e Day 16 - Understand you are tougher than life- You’re MentallyStronger than You Think Just as your brain can convince you that you’ve reached your physical limits when you really haven’t, it can also tell you you’re too tuckered out for mental tasks, when your noodle actually has more to give. Some of the most fascinating studies on the link between the mind and physical exertion have shown that simply swishing a sugary drink in your mouth and then spitting it out without swallowing it can boost athletic performance by 2% (again, despite the small number, this represents a significant boost). Your body uses glucose for fuel during exercise, but the swish-n-spit effect occurs even when the muscles still have plenty of glucose left to burn, and even though the athlete hasn’t actually ingested any glucose! The sugary drink in the mouth tricks the brain’s anxious, bean-counting central governor into thinking that more fuel is on the way, leading it to relax its guard on your supply so you can continue to push yourself.
  • 33.
33 | Pa g e Researchers wondered if the swish-n-spit effect would also work when it came to sticking with purely mental tasks. As we’ve discussed before, your willpower is a finite resource that is depleted each time you exercise your self-control. If you use your willpower up on one task, you then have less of it for the next one. It used to be thought that this process of willpower depletion occurred because exercising self-control utilized glucose in the body, and the lower your glucose went, the less willpower you had at your disposal. For this reason, eating something was suggested as a way to replenish your willpower supply, and indeed studies showed that willpower-depleted individuals were able to exercise greater self-control after they had a snack, particularly something sweet. But a recent study found that simply swishing a sugary drink in the mouth without swallowing it had the very same effect. Participants were first given a willpower-sapping task like working on impossible-to-solve math problems, reading a boring piece of writing, or avoiding a plate of cookies and eating radishes instead. With their mental fortitude sapped, they would then give up more easily when presented with another tedious task. However, when the participants swished their mouths with a sugary drink in between the self-control- requiring tasks, they stuck with them longer. Even though the participants hadn’t actually ingested any glucose, sensing sugar in the mouth was enough to trick the anxious, fuel- monitoring central governor into girding up their minds for another round of effort. Just as with physical exertion, your brain lies to you about what you’re mentally capable of; it tells you your willpower is tapped out, when really there’s plenty of mental energy being held in

34 | Pa g e reserve. Day17 Stop comparing to yourself from others We all do it or have done it at some point in our lives: We compare ourselves to others and gauge where we are based on what we observe them to be doing. If this was simply an observation, that would be one thing. But in comparing ourselves to others, we often end up judging ourselves. There’s no one worse to judge! If you have ever noticed, it doesn’t matter how many people are on your side, cheering you on. If you can’t get on your own side, you never get past “go.” The thing about comparison is that there is never a win. How often do we compare ourselves with someone less fortunate than us and consider ourselves blessed? More often, we compare ourselves with someone who we perceive as being, having, or doing more. And this just leaves us coming up short.
  • 35.
35 | Pa g e But our minds do want to quantify. Our minds want to rank and file and organize information. Our mind wants to know where we fit into the scheme of things. So we need to give it something to do. So, instead of training it to stop comparing altogether, why not simply redirect the comparison to a past and a present self and keep the comparison within? We are always becoming more. Who you are today is a result of the decisions you made yesterday. We are always in a state of creation. We decide and then we decide again, and the direction is always toward expansion. It is our human nature to expand. So, when you catch yourself comparing yourself to another, stop for a moment and re-direct the thought. Instead of submitting to the temptation to compare you to someone else, ask yourself a few questions instead. What are you doing today that you couldn’t have done five, three, or even one year ago? How have you stepped out in the last year that you might have found inconceivable before? What new decisions have you made or what new actions have you taken that have resulted in you moving in a new direction in your life? What are your wins this year, compared to last year at this time? How has your life improved? How have you improved? What have you done recently that you never thought you could do?
  • 36.
36 | Pa g e What negative behavior have you stopped engaging in, that you never thought you could quit? What positive behavior have you been engaging in that up until now, you have resisted? How are you doing more of what you said you were going to do and shown up more consistently for your own success? In other words, how have you continued to become a new and improved version of yourself? That’s the stuff that counts. Comparing ourselves with someone else is an inaccurate and irrelevant measuring stick. Think about the faulty logic. Take, for example, an introvert who feels energized after periods of solitude. What does she get by comparing herself to a gregarious, outgoing personality who gets bored by an hour alone with her? What kind of illogical conclusions can she come to by this comparison? Take any one of our perpetual comparisons and question the logic. Most are completely irrational in their reasoning. We all came in different. We all came in with certain intentions that through life experience, we have continued to hone. In fact, the only masterful creation we have to work with is ourselves.

37 | Pa g e Day 18 - Move past the pain- We’ve all been hurt. You can’t be an adult — or teen — alive today who hasn’t experienced some kind of emotional pain. It hurts. I get that. But what you do with that hurt is probably more important than the hurt itself. Would you prefer to get back to being an active liver of life? Or do you prefer to ruminate endlessly about the past and something that cannot be changed 5 Ways to Let Go of Past Hurts The only way you can accept new joy and happiness into your life is to make space for it. If your heart is filled full up with pain and hurt, how can you be open to anything new? 1. Make the decision to let it go.
  • 38.
38 | Pa g e Things don’t disappear on their own. You need to make the commitment to “let it go.” If you don’t make this conscious choice up-front, you could end up self-sabotaging any effort to move on from this past hurt. 2. Express your pain — and your responsibility. Express the pain the hurt made you feel, whether it’s directly to the other person, or through just getting it out of your system 3. Stop being the victim and blaming others. Being the victim feels good — it’s like being on the winning team of you against the world. But guess what? The world largely doesn’t care, so you need to get over yourself. Yes, you’re special. Yes, your feelings matter. But don’t confuse with “your feelings matter” to “your feelings should override all else, and nothing else matters.” Your feelings are just one part of this large thing we call life, which is all interwoven and complex. And messy. In every moment, you have that choice — to continue to feel bad about another person’s actions, or to start feeling good. You need to take responsibility for your own happiness, and not put such power into the hands of another person. 4. Focus on the present — the here and now — and joy.
  • 39.
39 | Pa g e Now it’s time to let go. Let go of the past, and stop reliving it. Stop telling yourself that story where the protagonist — you — is forever the victim of this other person’s horrible actions you can’t undo the past, all you can do is to make today the best day of your life. 5. Forgive them — and yourself. We may not have to forget another person’s bad behaviors, but virtually everybody deserves our forgiveness. Sometimes we get stuck in our pain and our stubbornness, we can’t even imagine forgiveness. But forgiveness isn’t saying, “I agree with what you did.” Instead, it’s saying, “I don’t agree with what you did, but I forgive you anyway.” Forgiveness isn’t a sign of weakness. Instead, it’s simply saying, “I’m a good person. You’re a good person. Day 19 - Reconnect with family-
  • 40.
40 | Pa g e 1. Reach out several times. Not just once. The main reason that so many familial relationships deteriorate over the years can often be traced to simple lack of communication and stubbornness. Perhaps you feel that you’ve been wronged by a family member, or vice versa. The other thinks you should make the effort, whereas your reality dictates that they should make the effort. This situation can often lead to a communication deadlock that can last for years. Instead, offer an olive branch and make the effort yourself. Let go of whatever it is that’s holding you back. And try not just once, but several times until your family member comes around. 2. Forgive and ask for forgiveness. Whatever it is that’s holding you back from being close with your loved ones, it’s likely that both parties were in the wrong. If your son or daughter no longer talks to you out of shame after some argument, go out of your way to forgive them. Don’t just forgive them in your heart, but forgive them with words. On the flipside, if it’s you that’s caused the schism with your family members (even if it’s a misunderstanding), admit to your transgressions and ask for forgiveness. 3. Confront the issues.
  • 41.
41 | Pa g e Asking for forgiveness is a good start, but it won’t go extremely far in your pursuit to mend broken relationships. You and your family have become estranged from each other for a reason or set of reasons. You cannot forgive each other and then proceed to ignore the elephant in the room. No matter how painful it is, talk about what went wrong. Don’t argue; discuss. Talk about how you felt, and explain that different people often perceive actions in different ways. Whatever you do, talk through all your problems. 4. Once you’ve resolved problems, follow through. Reuniting, talking, forgiving all has strong roles to play when mending family relationships. But it doesn’t end there. After being estranged for so long, it’s so easy to slip back into old habits. The reason you’re seeking reconciliation is to have a strong relationship. And strong relationships are tended to with patience, care, and communication consistently. At the very least, call your loved ones once or twice a week. Day 20 -Enjoy yourself-
  • 42.
42 | Pa g e Life is the name of happiness. Sometime very small things give you more happiness than you deserve. Try to find out that happiness, which give you fully satisfaction. Little things seem nothing, but they give peace, like those meadow flowers, which individually seem odorless but all together perfume the air. You have the rightto possesscertainhappinessinyourlife. Youare the ownerof your life hence you deserve all the happiness. Enjoythe little things, forone dayyoumake lookback and realize theywere the bigthings.”~Robert Brault. Ongoing small gestures can mean so much more than one grand display of love. Simple pleasures throughout the day can be far more gratifying that one amazing weekend. When you connect the dots between all these little joys, life seems fuller and more satisfying. Live yourlife asmuch as youcan because youhave the chance to utilize itina different unique way. Try to explore happiness in your surroundings. Day21 Learn from your past your ignorance or your mistake will save you a lot of pain. However, if you're a person who
  • 43.
43 | Pa g e knows it all, then you've got a lot of heavy-hearted experiences coming your way. It’s time to move on from your past. But the only way to move further is to understand that what has your past given to you? Try to understand that gap and avoid it in future. Rick Warren: 'We are products of our past, but we don't have to be prisoners of it.' Past is some kind of acknowledgment for us to do better in your future. If we repeat the same mistake in our future then it is not good to be saying that we would give extra kind of effort in our future. Past is for the decision making of the present and planning for the future hence the only way you can accept new joy and happiness into your life is to make space for it. Moving on is the only right decision for the right future. Learning the lessons of the past allows you to build personal testimony on solid bedrock of obedience, faith, and the witness of the Spirit. Day 22 - Stop listening to them- With so much love for the material world and low self-esteemed existing within most of us, it is natural that achieving happiness becomes a difficult task. However, nothing is impossible
  • 44.
44 | Pa g e and you can be content with your life by alternating your lifestyle and perception. Just stop listening to perceive others. It is not important what they say? The important thing is what you want to so, which things make you satisfied. To make yourself feel happier, you should stop listening to others. You feel content, when you could finally become able to do this. People are so judgmental that they cannot make other person happy. You cannot remain happy if you dwell on people’s opinion. Well, in this materialistic world, people with having no time, just can discourage you. They will never give you any right opinion for your betterment. So it is useless to ponder upon their listening. Do in which you feel yourself satisfied rather than paid an attention on people’s thoughts. Keep faith on yourself will give you motivation to move ahead. We even feel down in the dumps when we are unable to satisfy people’s demand. Stop being so conservative. Try to live your life. Set your life according to your rules and regulations. Be happy with what you have and stop resenting those that have more. Day 23 -Learn something new about the world-
  • 45.
45 | Pa g e Most of us have one or two areas of knowledge that we strive to know very well — things related to our jobs, of course, and maybe a hobby or two. But while it’s important to develop a deep understanding of the things that matter most to us, it is just as important to develop a broad understanding of the world in general. It is very good habit to be perfect in every aspect. You may gain more knowledge if you study deeply about something. You can study about any specific area. Then you can search it on Internet. You may get much relevant material about any topic. You may search that article from your university library. It may help to gather more material. It may increase your knowledge about any particular era. You can boost up your knowledge through this way. Just try to manage time for this stuff. The more you understand the world, the more you will be able to explore yourself. Life is the name of exploration. Habits are socially contagious. It is a well-known fact in science that obesity for example spreads through social networks. The habits and thinking patterns of those you spend time with rub off on you. Expose yourself to people who are smarter than you in order to benefit

There's no point system or way to accurately measure the happiness flowing through your bloodstream, and happiness is an emotion that can mean different things for different people, so keep that in mind as you read on. That said, buying happiness all comes down to how you spend your money. Buying yourself something new will give you a unique kind of satisfaction. Happiness will get through these ways. If you want an easy boost to your happiness, you need to get out in the world and do some new things. But you don't have to do it alone. Real happiness will only get when you do something from your heart. Which you do selflessly. Only those things give you real happiness. Live every moment with this feeling of blissful that it is your last day. This is the only day you are living for. When you think of buying happiness, you probably think of spending money on yourself. That's perfectly normal, but there's a strong case for spending money on others to create happiness. 47 | Pa g e making yourself smile. Stay happy, and live every moment of your life. Day 25 -Honor yourself- Respect is an important aspect of life. Without honor and respect nothing flourishes and progress. One should recognize one’s self-esteem and self-love. People take care too much of others but while doing so they forget themselves and they neglect themselves. People give love and care others but they forget to save amount of love and care for themselves. Lack of self-esteem and self-love can grab hold of people in times of challenges and hardships. When people need others nobody is there to help them to get out of that particular trouble. People are very helpful and respectable to others in a way that others take it as for granted. Nobody gives them the respect which they deserve. They may talk non-sense in their absence by degrading them. One should not degrade one’s self in front of others. Self-esteem and self-love is very important. Honoring one’s self is a learning process for others. God has created us beautiful and gorgeous so we have to respect ourselves and by sharing so much with the world in a respectable manner. So first respect yourself and then others.

51 | Pa g e Day 29 - Make a Lasting impression on yourself- I would like to add a quote of Oscar Wild, “Be yourself, everyone else is taken.” Sometimes, we get so caught up in trying to impress that we forget to show our true selves. We should not forget who exactly we are. We pretend to become what we are not. So don’t do this, show your inner self. Believe me, you will remain in a comfort zone.
