1.Curriculum Instructional Materials
1.1 approve project proposal
1.2 copy of curriculum materials
1.3 Certificate of acceptance of the
Division QA committee
2. Effective Teaching Techniques or
Strategies
2.1 Approved concept paper/proposal
2.2 Certification from the PSDs or
EPS in-charge of the learning area
that it has been effective
2.3 Summary of the results of its
effectiveness e.g pretest or post-
test
3. Simplification of Work as in reporting
system, record keeping, etc. or proce-
dures that resulted in cost reduction.
3.1 proposal
3.2 approval and acceptance by authorized
persons
3.3 certification for its implementation or
utilization for cost reduction.
3. A worthwhile income generating
project for pupils given recognition by
higher officials in the division.
> must develop life-long learning skills
among learners, generated at least Php
25,000.00 in a year and implemented
continuously within 2 years.

Isabela through reaching grade I
learners of last mile schools or remote
areas.

economically disadvantaged learners
through provision of school supplies,
radio and USBs, and advocate love for
reading through story telling.

desktop and tablet, 26.10 % do not have internet
connectivity and 5.6 percent do not have radio

community-based project which shall aim
to reach Grade 1 learners of last mile
schools that cannot access either Radyo
Eskwela via fb page or radio.

distributing MP3s in remote schools.
* Provide school supplies, radios, and USBs to
identified economically disadvantaged learners of
the target school.
* Advocate love for reading through story telling.

“RBI on Wheels” is a form of community
outreach that support access to education. It
involves promoting the use of radio-based
instruction, extending educational support and
advocating reading literacy. Priority beneficiaries
are the economically disadvantaged Grade 1
learners of identified schools.
