I have spent the past 16 years in the
fitness and nutrition industry!
5 of those in rehabilitation
specializing in:
performance enhancement
and injury prevention

training methods.

I have owned and operated a
performance training studio for the past
13 years
training individuals seeking a healthier
lifestyle as well as recreational and
competitive athletes of all levels.

I realized many people
were entering a fitness
program with
pain and
injury…

My passion for performance training and movement and
the quest for understanding the effects of pain and
injury on movement led me to pursue my Doctorate of
Physical Therapy.
I love going to continuing education courses
to understand and apply different movement-
based principles that will help better the
outcomes of my patients!

My approach is actually quite simple.
I do not just look at
the location of injury...
www.kineticseminars.com
1. I look at functional movement patterns
developed by the CNS to determine the
root of movement dysfunction.
2. I find what compensation patterns are
contributing to the source of the pain.
