- 9. IKM Training andCompetence Centre IKM Testing dedicated training and development centre. Field employees go through formal competence assurance process in applicable service lines. Commitment - Our Competence Management System forms part of our KPI’s. International Director personally and proactively drives competence in IKM Testing.
- 10. Why are wedifferent? Actively encourage employees to become skilled in more than one service line. To gain promotion beyond supervisor level IKM employees enrolled in the IKM Competency Programme must have competence in at least two service lines. Assessors and Verifiers are either SQA certified or trained.
- 11. IKM Client Courses Contractawarded from Total to provide N2 Awareness & Testing training to over 220 offshore personnel. Pressure Testing training conducted for Forum Technologies personnel for overseas projects. Courses currently under development for Petrofac for offshore personnel. Bespoke training courses developed to meet clients needs.

It all started out in 1989 when IKM Labratorium were Founded in Norway as a Measurement Technology company offering calibration, service and rental to the industry IKM Testing first established in 1992. Opened first premises in the UK 1998 Invested heavily in 2010 and moved to New, IKM owned premises in April 2014.
