The document discusses industrial oxygen plants and their uses. It describes how industrial oxygen plants can be used to improve combustion efficiency by reducing nitrogen and increasing oxygen levels. It also explains how industrial oxygen plants are used in gasification processes to generate high-temperature oxygen and produce syngas composed of hydrogen and carbon monoxide. The document provides information about MVS Engineering, a manufacturer of on-site gas plants including industrial oxygen plants for combustion, gasification, and other applications.

MVS Engineering is a leading manufacturer and supplier of on-site gas plants. The company
has been customizing gas plants since 1977 and has gained a reputed position in the market
because of its quality and customer dedication.
One of the best on-site plants by the company is industrial oxygen plants usedfor the following
purposes.
Industrial oxygen plants for combustion
In the atmosphere, there is 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% argon and carbon dioxide. In
the combustion process, oxygen plays a major role. The oxygen present in the air is broken
down to make energy, carbon dioxide, and water. Whereas nitrogen present in the atmo
sphere is not at all require in the combustion process as it has negative impacts on the process. If the
nitrogen is involved in the process, it gets heated by the reaction at an extremely high temperature that is
carried out through the flue. Basically, the warmed up nitrogen leaving the flue is just like throwing fuel out of
the stack. Nitrogen present in the air and fuel breaks down to forge harmful nitrogen oxide gases. To improve
the combustion process, it is necessary to lower the nitrogen usage in the combustion air and increase the
amount of oxygen usage. The benefits of industrial oxygen include higher combustion efficiencies due to a
drop in heat loss out of the stack, higher process temperatures and lower NOx emissions.
Industrial gas plants for Gasification
The process in which coal and carbon-based fuel are transformed into Syngas is known as
gasification. The syn gas produced through gasification is made up of hydrogen and CO. This
syn gas is utilized to produce steam or electricity. Gasification is aprocess that has many
utilities that involve the potential to utilize lower British Thermal Unit fuels for producing
energy, the capacity to produce hydrogen gas and easier carbon dioxide capture as compared
with the traditional methods. Industrial oxygen plants are used to generate high-temperature
oxygen in the process where hydrogen and carbon monoxide is formed.
MVS Engineering Pvt. Ltd. supplies industrial oxygen plants for several other uses as well. For
