• Facilitate the attendance of key personnel for the workshop.
• Ensure and coordinate the participation of the staff and other resources for external free
advertisement area on Haryana Roadways buses as may be decided by State Transport

• Organize the analysis of the data collected by Road Safety Associates and share learnings
and recommendations with the Haryana Government for systematic improvements.

encourage member companies to undertake activities for the VZ Initiative directly from
their CSR budgets

• Implementation of solutions – infrastructure, capacity building, awareness creation and
others in a systematic and time bound manner
• Report progress in a timely manner and in appropriate formats
