In a group with Luke Hall, Sophie Carey, Nathan Bland and Tom Biggs-Rayner, they wanted to create a spoof of crime conventions from Sherlock by recreating camera angles and behaviors at a crime scene. They also drew inspiration from A Touch of Cloth, a spoof of A Touch of Frost. They developed four movie ideas with different stories, ultimately settling on "Mid-Winter Murders" as a funny and quirky title, then making a mind map of the basic story.

In my group there was luke hall
- 1. In my group there was luke hall, Sophie carey, Nathan bland and tom Biggs-Rayner. We wanted to do a spoof of all of the crime conventions that we listed on a piece of paper when we were watching Sherlock such as the camera angles and how they act around the crime scene. We also watched a touch of cloth. This is a spoof of a touch of frost. We used this as some inspiration to give us some basic ideas on what and how we want to shoot and plan our advert. We came up with 4 movie ideas with 4 different stories as shown below….. We all settled on mid-winter murders. We thought that this was a funny and quirky title. We then went on to make another mind map to make the basic story of it.
