Here the ethyl acetate does not deprotonate completely as all the NaOH is exhasusted to deprotonate the .20 M of acid. Remaining .05 M of acid could not be neutralize and thus contributing in lowering the pH. Hence, the pH is below 9.3 and indicator turns colorless indicating more concentration of acid than base.
