Forms Modernization is part of Existing Express Project from Farmers Insurance Group of Company.FM
was equally distributed between different vendors to develop the PDF generation in Express Project.
Farmers is proud to serve more than 10 million households with more than 20 million individual policies
across all 50 states through the efforts of over 50,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 24,000
employees.FM project needed complete coordination from TCS and Capgemini Team to complete the
PDF generation for all the States in USA.
Forms Modernization basically aims in providing the customers with the updated version or the new
template of the different forms which are used in insurance policies. The express application which
provides ways to buy a policy for Auto or home also provides many forms to the customer which are
being modernized using this project by invoking the web service by sending the request of entire data
model and receiving latest template byte array and displayed to customer in the form of PDF to the
customers.
Responsibilities:
• As a Requirement Analyst, Understanding the requirement from Clients and sharing

Data model.

rate hence increasing the performance and reducing the cost.
