Entering and approving requests for time off and calculating time off accruals are
critical tasks for managing a workforce. The Paid Time Off module is a fully automated
solution that employees, supervisors, managers, and practitioners use to complete these
essential tasks efficiently. Employees can request time off, based on your company's
policies, for events such as Vacation, Sick, Bereavement, Personal Days, Professional
Development, Jury Duty etc. Policies can be defined either for hours or days. Managers
view their team calendar to see which employees have requests pending or scheduled.
Managers can approve the entire request, partially approve the request for some of the
time requested, or deny the request. It also provides a convenient way for employees to
see their balances on each policy.

performance and driving business forward. This product provides customized HR
services basing on the client requirements for payroll. This application provides support
to its clients those have their establishments in both US and Canada. There are so many
cross border issues including deference in federal laws, monetary values, cultures etc.. In
this project we have dealt with all those critical issues in the WFN product so that it
successfully caters services to its cross border clients.

they will be processed by the employees of the company and status of the order is
changed on each phase of the order processing and that is made available to the customer
online.
