• The purpose of the magazine is to inform and educate those
who want to know more about the genre of Hip Hop.
• The magazine will contain information on a monthly basis of
various Hip Hop artists.
• The magazine will have both an online and print version.
• The magazine will be 80-100 pages long and will be A4 for the
front cover and A3 for the double page spread.
• The paper will be recyclable so, when the magazine is being
printed, it is environmentally friendly.
• The genre of the magazine is Hip Hop.
• The genre of Hip Hop has a variety of sub-genres.
• Hip Hop resides with people from varying backgrounds
• The magazine’s content will be artist based
• An interview and a Q & A with the artist of which some of the
questions will be sent in by the readers.
• The artists will be based in North London to appeal to the
vibrant scene developing in the area.
• The target audience will be males age 16-21 who live in North
London. The secondary target audience will be females age
16-21.
• As mentioned previously, the target audience will be able to
contribute to the magazine by sending in questions for the
Q & A.
• To make sure that the money that is invested goes back to the
investors.
• The magazine will work with artists and venues to create
partnerships.
• If the magazine has a popular influencer or artist then this can
also allow for a partnership with them.
• The magazine will be using social media to advertise itself.
• The target audience will see the ads and this will encourage
them to buy the magazine.
• As the magazine gets popular then it can start to build
relationships with venues and artists so it can obtain
partnerships and can generate revenue.
• To advertise the magazine there will be posters put up and
flyers will be handed out to people that are visiting venues
around North London.
• When the magazine is popular then it can then be placed inside
venues.

• The magazine will have two subscriptions.
• The first is a monthly subscription.
• The second will be a yearly subscription which will also have
an online and print based magazine.
• The magazine’s USP is a deal where if you invite 5 friends to
join up to the magazine then you can receive 50% off of a
future issue. This will encourage people to encourage as many
people as they know to sign up and in return get money off
their magazine.
• When partnerships are built the companies will give the
magazine free tickets which will allow people to enter a
giveaway for multiple free tickets and other prizes.
