4.  Prevent and reduce your own frustration and stress-
a. Be patient with children.
b. Take your students for a walk (fresh air)
c. Assign your students independent reading time

5.  Treat Students with Equity-
Do not express favouritism or favour for particular
students while leaving out the rest. Be fair!
 Make Positive Remarks-
Avoid calling students ‘duncy’ or ‘idiot’. Encourage
them perform better by saying, “I know you have the
potential to do very well if you work harder.” Praise
them on a well done performance.

 Communicate Often with them in Various Forms. For
eg. Face-to-Face, via Email, Social Media Chat Group
with Parents. Can be done once a week.
The purpose is to keep them abreast of what’s going on
in the classroom, their child’s performance, your
expectation and also offer advice in helping the children.
