The Broadcast Box
Through SuitUp, volunteers from SHI Kansas City and students from North Kansas City
High School, Staley High School, Winnetonka High School, and Oak Park High School
participated in a SuitUp business competition in which they created a new and innovative
customer experience to increase customer satisfaction. Volunteers coached students in
various departments before helping them pitch to judges for a cash prize.

SuitUp asked students if SHI’s SuitUp competition made an

engaging with the volunteers influenced their career choice and
now they can see themselves using skills such as communication,
teamwork and public speaking.
