2. Data and methods
• Genome-wide SNP genotype, whole-exome sequencing, and
RNA-sequencing data of EvoImmunPop project used are
deposited in the European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA)
under accession code EGAS00001001895. The genotype and
RNA-sequencing data for the DICE project are deposited in the
Genotype and Phenotypes (dbGaP) database under the
accession phs001703.v1.p1. The genotype and RNA-
sequencing data for the Immvar project are deposited in
dbGaP under accession phs000815.v1.p1.
• SNPs with a minor allele frequency of < 0.01 were filtered, and
at least ten counts per allele were required. We then tested
associations for SNPs within an interval of 1 Mb from the
3′aQTL region, with normalized PDUI values, in each tissue,
using Matrix eQTL, in a linear regression framework.
