9. ELEMENTI DEL CONTRATTO
INDIVIDUALE
Il lavoratore potrà essere utilizzato per le mansioni che sono state concordate
all'atto dell'assunzione, e la sua retribuzione sarà commisurata in base al lavoro
svolto.
Ogni dipendente potrà essere impiegato al lavoro per un numero massimo di ore
lavorative che vengono fissate dalla Legge. Il contratto può prevedere inoltre una
durata.
Esso può essere a tempo determinato, cioè con una scadenza predeterminata,
oppure a tempo indeterminato, senza una scadenza prefissata.

10. E' un contratto di lavoro in cui è prevista una riduzione dell'orario
di lavoro rispetto a quello ordinario, con conseguente diminuzione
proporzionale della retribuzione. L'organizzazione del lavoro può

ridotto, di tipo verticale, si lavora solo per alcuni giorni della
