Course Objectives:
To provide insight to the different theories, approaches & techniques of human resource in
the organization.
Understand to integrate the theories, principles and applications in the filed of HRM.
To appreciate and recognize diversity of motives along with psychological, sociological &
legalistic determinants to resolve human problems in organization
Methodology
Class sessions comprise a mixture of lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, case
presentations, and problem solving.
Evaluation pattern:
