The Igloo project presents an easy-to-assemble dome structure made from aerospace composite panels, capable of being built by two people in under four hours. It is portable, fitting into a pickup truck, and has a lifespan of approximately 40 years, available in two models of different sizes. The insulation and exterior gel coat enhance its durability and thermal properties, making it suitable for various environments.

Easy Assembly
- The Dome is a frame-less structure consisting of aerospace composite panels.
- It has the strength of a standard building but the mobility of a tent.
- One -Dome can be assembled by two people in less than four hours with nothing more
than a screwdriver, wrench and step ladder.
Portability
- Unassembled, can fit into the back of a pickup truck, (eller mindste container)
- Easily transported anywhere in the world.
- It can be repeatedly taken down and reassembled while retaining its structural integrity.
- Lifetime of igloo is aprox. 40 years

5. Insulation - possibillity
- P2000 is a hybrid rigid-board insulation that in our opinion is decades ahead
of the conventional ideas and products used for insulating building structures.
- P2000 is made with a dense expanded polystyrene (EPS) core and utilizes a
high grade reflective finish on one side and a very durable white woven finish
on the other.
- P2000 kits for our Iglooes comes pre-cut to fit in the interior of our structures
with no fasteners because of this woven finish.; all you have to do is tape the
seams.
- P2000 provides vapor barrier, radiant and convection heat barrier, wind
barrier, thermal barrier, bug barrier and a beautifully finished interior.

9. Gel Coat Possibillity
An exterior gel coat which is virtually indestructible covers the panels. This gel coat is
resistant to sun, snow, rain or temperatures over 120°F or below 0°F. The gel coat is
molded into the fiberglass giving the Intershelter Igloo incredible structural strength.
