mechanism in the case of Optical Fiber cable damage during transmission of optical
signal.
 Worked on NEs of Optical Fiber Networks like Terminal multiplexers (TM), Add
Drop Multiplexers (ADM), Multi Add Drop Multiplexers (MADM)..
