Many of us bring our Daddy issues into our marriages and relationships, but men do not have the skills to handle our
mess, because they have their own. So a hubby or significant compounds the root cause, which is Daddy .Further, don't
forget generational anger. Was your Mommy an angry woman?...and what was she angry about? Molested? Raped? You
carry HER emotional "WEIGHT" too. That's why I talked so much about my Mom. If I had not done my emotional work,
then my Mom's anger issues towards my Dad would have found a place in my body and parked. Then, although now
transitioned, Mr. Edmonds would not have had a chance!!! It's the WEIGHT of ANGER
WHAT DO YOU DO?
It's your job to break the cycle or we chase our men away, including our sons. We also live unhappy lives, filled with
chronic illness and untimely death (now refer back to Louise Hey’s book again, and research your primary illnesses). We
MUST change, because we are killing ourselves. It's not an option ladies.
The good news is this:
1) You start with a PHYSICAL DETOX to get all of this emotional gook moving, and you did start, or you would not be
here. The problem is, you did not realize what you were starting. You thought it was just about celery, hard boiled
eggs, carrots sticks and a Zuumba class. However, keep going; because it is moving.
2) Now watch your eating patterns for today. The scratching of the surface may result
in more sabotages than usual ever OR a better day with food management than you have seen in a long time.

In some ways, your CONTROL issues are a protective barrier, but they have always been an INEFFECTIVE
barrier...an ineffective tool. You have only been controlling your fat, all this time. No one is going to allow YOU to
control them, so give it up. God would not build that into the system. It is like knocking your head against a brick
wall. And so, when that nagging feeling creeps in that your controlling style is NOT working, THEN you eat. Why?
Because it is a fact that control is ONE of only 2 things in the whole world that any of us controls. The food we
place in our mouth (Genesis 3:3) and why great spiritual leaders FAST in jail. They are saying you can detain my
body, but not my mind. Mandela is one example. The 2nd thing is our thoughts , but it is not 2nd at all, it is the
"control tool" that works. So, after we messed up per Genesis 3;3, the remainder of the bible then turns its focus
on right thinking. Hence, the Christian goal: to have the mind of GOD (Christ) 1 Corinthians 2:16 (NKJV) For “who
has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ
An overly simplified way is to say poor food management is like acting like a spoiled brat. You are like a child still
PLAYING with your food. Flinging it across the room with a spoon, HIDING it, CHEAKING your spinach, turning
over your bowl, refusing to eat and at other times stealing the cake Mom just made, left on the counter. Some of
you hate veggies, just like a child. You rebel with food. That is the addiction. So what, that you cannot control
people, places and things. It's life. Crap happens. Get over it and LET GOD. But, it does NOT mean that we are to
be passive, roll over and play dead as we regurgitate that catchy phrase "LET GOD". I believe this is the root cause
of the obesity epidemic in the church. They are SAYING "LET GO and Let GOD", but not believing it and ALSO not
taking the action that God expects and empowers us to take.
NOTE: You are NOT speaking up about trivia, We are talking about deep-rooted, long standing patterns that
manifest in our daily relationships. Otherwise, the 11th
MANTRA will be used to give yourself permission to
give everyone a piece of your teeny-tiny mind, about relatively unimportant issues.

So, after we messed up per Genesis 3;3, the remainder of the bible then turns its focus on right thinking. Hence, the Christian goal: to have the mind of GOD (Christ) 1 Corinthians 2:16 (NKJV) For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ An overly simplified way is to say poor food management is like acting like a spoiled brat. You are like a child still PLAYING with your food. Flinging it across the room with a spoon, HIDING it, CHEAKING your spinach, turning over your bowl, refusing to eat and at other times stealing the cake Mom just made, left on the counter. Some of you hate veggies, just like a child. You rebel with food. That is the addiction. So what, that you cannot control people, places and things. It's life. Crap happens. Get over it and LET GOD. But, it does NOT mean that we are to be passive, roll over and play dead as we regurgitate that catchy phrase "LET GOD". I believe this is the root cause of the obesity epidemic in the church. They are SAYING "LET GO and Let GOD", but not believing it and ALSO not taking the action that God expects and empowers us to take. NOTE: You are NOT speaking up about trivia, We are talking about deep-rooted, long standing patterns that manifest in our daily relationships. Otherwise, the 11th MANTRA will be used to give yourself permission to give everyone a piece of your teeny-tiny mind, about relatively unimportant issues.
