WIRELESS CHARGING
INTRODUCTION Always the recharging of mobile phone batteries has always been a problem for us. This problem will be solved after our proposal………!!!!!!!! In this paper a new proposal has been made so as to make the recharging of the mobile phones is done automatically as you talk in your mobile phone!
3. The microwave signal is transmitted from the transmitter along with the message signal using special kind of antennas called slotted wave guide antenna at a frequency is 2.45 GHz Thus the more you talk, the more is your mobile phone charged!!!!!!! This is new isn’t?!!
4. What Is Microwaves????? Microwaves are good for transmitting information from one place to another because microwave energy can penetrate haze, light rain and snow, clouds, and smoke. Shorter microwaves are used in remote sensing. These microwaves are used for radar like the Doppler radar used in weather forecasts
5. Microwaves > Frequency Range: 3GHZ to 300GHZ > Remort Sensing. > Communication Industry. >2.45GHZ ISM Band.
6. TRANSMITTER DESIGN The MAGNETRON is a self-contained microwave oscillator that operates differently from the linearbeam tubes, such as the TWT and the klystron. ——Magnetron is used to produce high-power output required in radar and communications equipment —Microwaves used in mobile communication are also produced by similar Oscillators
7. Magnetron - Construction
8. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
9. WHAT’S RECTANNAE??? What’s rectannae you are confused…….it’s nothing but the combination of rectifier and antenna. Antenna is to receive the microwave signal and it just feed the signal to rectifier . Rectifier is to convert the AC signal to PULSATING DC signal.
10. RECEIVER DESIGN The basic addition to the mobile phone is going to be the rectenna. A rectenna is a rectifying antenna, a special type of antenna that is used to directly convert microwave energy into DC electricity.
11. ADVANTAGES Use of separate chargers is eliminated. Electricity is saved The phone can be charged anywhere anytime. Wireless energy transfer can potentially recharge the mobile phones without chords. Only one microwave transmitter can serve to all the service providers in that area. The need of different types of chargers by different manufacturers is totally eliminated.
12. DISADVANTAGES The transmitter and receiver also should be very powerful devices as the distance increases. Slower Charging. Wireless transmission of the energy causes some drastic effects to human body, because of its radiation. More costly.
Open spectrum or free spectrum is a movement to get the federal communications commission to provide more unlicensed radio-frequency spectrum that is available for use by all. Open spectrum shares a concept in which all the spectrum is shared and people use internet protocols to communicate with each other. The ideology of government imposed limits on who can have stations and who cannot would be removed, and everyone would be given equal opportunity to have their own stations.
Who will win this Battle for spectrum??riyasaxenadas
Spectrum access has always be a highly talked-about subject, owing to the developments going on around it, and also due to those who till date cannot access even the
least of it. Things need to be altered a bit to make it easy for all to use this without any hassle.

CANCER, LINKING CANCER WITH ITS RISK FACTORS, A STUDY CONDUCTED IN NRS MEDICA...Naushad Alam
Cancer is a dreadful disease. But like any other disease it depends on certain risk factors which predisposes certain people to have it and certain people to not have it.This slide shows details of a project undertaken by 20 medical students of the reputed Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College of Kolkata, so as to understand cancer and associate it with its risk factors. This study has been conducted in NRS itself selecting various groups of cancer and non cancer patients with varying pathologies. This project attempts to establish the fact that simple lifestyle modifications may reduce your chances of actually acquring Cancer.Simple changes in diet like avoiding junk food can actually lower the risk of getting Colon Cancer. So please go through the slides so as to get a perspective of the disease and what simple measures can be taken, on your behalf to avoid it.
A primer of oncology basics for nursing students. Includes basic oncology, understanding cancer and understanding radiation therapy in an easy to comprehend manner.
MOBILE PHONE & MOBILE TOWER RADIATION HAZARDS Neha Kumar
Presentation by Prof. Girish Kumar -
Council for Fair Business Practices (CFBP) organized a talk on "MOBILE PHONE & TOWER RADIATION" on Friday 24th June, 2011 at 06.00 p.m at the Hall of Indian Merchants Chamber, Churchgate, Mumbai 400 020.
Good developments seem to be taking place post WHO excepts health problems. First time a person from the industry (Former Regional Director, West and South Operations, Indus Towers Ltd.) excepted that radiation from mobile towers lead to health problems at the event.
People were keen to look for solutions for the problem.
The microwaves from cell phone towers can interfere with your body’s own EMFs, causing a variety of potential health problems, including:
Headaches
Memory loss
Cardiovascular stress
Low sperm count
Birth defects
Cancer
Mobile tower radiation and its impact on environmentNishat Fatima
Mobile tower usually emit radiation in environment and are very dangerous for living beings. The antennas contained in mobile phones, including smartphones, emit radio frequency (RF) radiation (non-ionizing "radio waves" such as microwaves); the parts of the head or body nearest to the antenna can absorb this energy and convert it to heat.
Cause impact on Human Brain, Effect on Plants, Impacts on Bio-System and Ecosystem.
These slides will give you certain level of understanding about the Cell-Phone/Tower Radiation Hazards, which is a major concern due to boom in the number of cell phones and telecommunication towers

DETA ELIS - DeVita MINI ENERGYdevice presentation (english language)Elias Gratsias
www.EliasGratsias.com - DEVITA MINI ENERGY is a portable device at the size of a mobile phone, which protects you from the unhealthy electromagnetic radiation of mobile phones, of WIFI, of Underground Railways, of home appliances etc., and from geopathic surcharge of earth magnetic fields. It also protects you from negative energy and comments of negative people, and gives you energy, (tones your chacras and meridians) and all the functions of your organism, that have to do with better mood and vitality. For more information watch the presentation or contact with me.
Bad habits like smoking, drinking and erratic diets are the primary causes of cancer. Cell phones emit low frequency magnetic energy and are not responsible to cause cancer.
Data points covered in the workshop conducted in Kochi, on the Govt. of India guidelines on installation, and safety regime of Telecom Towers and Mobile phones.
Public communication of RF & Health Risks in India - Dr. K. S. ParthasarathyThe Radiation Doctor
Dr. K. S. Parthasarathy, Former Secretary, Atomic Energy Regulatory Board, Government of India, about what steps can be taken to change the public perception.
Dr. T. H. Chowdary, Director, Centre for Telecom Management and Studies, on the role the Government has in educating the masses about the myths of cell tower radiation.
Dr. AVS Suresh, MD, DM, ECMO, Consultant Hemato-Oncologist, Chief Scientific Officer & Director, ClinSync, on the man-made as well as other kind of EMF radiation.
2. To continue from where we left
off in the previous presentation,
A few more points to consider,
before you believe in those
radiation rumours...
3. #1
• For a two way communication, the minimum
power received by the mobile hand set from the
tower and, received by the tower from the hand set
has to be the same.
• So, a mobile tower and a mobile phone actually
radiate more or less the same amount of power.
4. #2
Compare tentative level of emitted powers from some of
the most commonly identifiable devices:
Device Name Power Emitted
Door Darshan 10-20 Kilo Watts (UHF),
Aakash Wani 10-20 Kilo Watts (VHF)
Micro wave oven 1 Kilo watts
Police wireless 20-50 watts (VHF)
First Generation Mobile system (in 250-500 Watts (UHF)
90s) in New York
Mobile systems used presently 10 Watts (UHF) per antenna
5. #3
•There are thousands of maintenance officials
working in above departments for eight hours a day
and reside in colonies hosting these sources of
UHF/VHF since last thirty years.
•But there is no evidence of any higher incidence of
brain cancer or any other specific health problems in
these departments.
6. #4
•High power electric transmission lines, electric
motors, railway engine and lines, spark plugs of
vehicles, TV remotes, Computers and kitchens all
emit mu UHF power.
•In fact, all matter at a nonzero temperature, like
living animals, vegetables, electric bulb, heaters,
and outer universe continuously emits a spectrum
of these rays.
7. #5
•If these cell phone towers had any adverse impact on
life cells, then all bacteria, virus, fungus, protozoa, and
plants near the towers would have died.
•Mosquitoes and flies would die or run away.
•The life time of these organisms and insects is few hours
or few days. Millions of their generations have passed
and were exposed since last 15-30 years.
•We would have come across many new mutated
species by now. But this is not observed.
8. #6
•Skin cancer, ear cancer, nose cancer or teeth cancer will
precede the brain cancer.
•There are nearly 20 lakh cell phone towers in India. If we
assume that each tower creates cancer in three families
living nearest to them then there must be at least sixty
lakh families with different forms of cancer.
•Fortunately there is no such evidence.
9. #7
•The mobile phones have penetrated every place in the
country during last 15 years.
•There is no down fall in the total production of any crop,
honey or whatever the claims have revolved around.
•On the contrary, towers have and still seem to be the
preferred resting place for birds.
10. #8
•People advice not using cell phones in busy places like
malls because they claim that there is increased radiation.
•In busy malls there is a heavy flux of customers. Every new
face causes secretions of adrenaline in the attendants.
• The irritability or sleeplessness or mild depressions are the
well known consequences of the adrenaline.
•Some people answer 400 calls daily. This will affect their
health irrespective of a mobile or a land line phone.
