- 9. 9 Welcome to CIS Egypt chapter • Egypt chapter was established in may 2008 • Transfer computational intelligence technologies to Egypt. • To encourage and make it easy for the researchers to cooperate and increase their contribution in the area of computational intelligence. • Help investigating the usage of the computational intelligence expertise to address challenging real-life problems in different branches of science. • Disseminate the computational intelligence knowledge to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Technical Activities: concentrated in the so-called Society Chapters. Affinity groups: o Young Professionals(YP). o Women in Engineering(WIE). o Consultants Network. o Life Members.
