Our in-house design department develops detailed engineering drawings for
Structural Glazing and Cladding systems using the latest technology. Shop Drawings
(for approval and installation), Fabrication Drawings (for all components), Production
Orders & Structural Calculations.
A team of dedicated personnel is deployed to carry out the entire project leaving no
scope for deviation or delays. The team, from site location to Head Office, exchange
information for timely implementation and system quality.
Our facility is a fully equipped unit capable to match the requirements for any level
to execute the projects. All components for Unitized, Semi unitized Glazing, Cladding
come together at the shop facility configured exclusive for fabrication and assembly,
with sufficient staff who look after entire fabrication activities with their technical
expertise and ensure quick installation at site duly supervised by the site incharge.
On the part of System designing, Custom systems are prepared to meet the needs of
architectural aesthetics with approved structural evaluation from independent façade
consultants. We design systems with available and customized profiles for Unitised
and Semi-unitised Glazing, Point fixed Glazing, Canopies, Skylights etc
The execution team manages the flow of the material at site and instllation on time.
This comprises various activities like, survey of structure, placement of all supports.
aligning and fixing, fixing of panels, finishing with sealant iteration, trim and
accessories.
INSTALLATION / SITE EXECUTION

7. During Assembly and installation phase of Structural Glazing / Cladding projects, all
components are subjected to vigorous quality monitoring. This involves checking
activities of: Extrusion Tolerances, Alloy and Temper Vertification, Fastener Testing,
Joinery Alignment, Silicone Application and Adhesion, Glass Installation and Defects
Monitoring, Paint Integrity, Field Water Testing.
i) Aluminium Extrusions – Leading extruding companies in india are associated on a
wide range of options and methodologies. All system profiles can be thus safely
sourced through local extruders. This saves precious time, guarantees complete
reliability and also enable smooth completion.
ii) Hardware – Our team is backed by companies of International repute for supply of
tested certified hardware and accessories for window system.
iii) Architecture Fittings – Architecture fittings make all the difference – excellent
quality accessories are the 'face' of a project. We source entire Architecture fittings
from reputed, top quality branded companies.
iv) Accessories – All minor accessories and fittings along with gasket required for the
system are developed by us and we carry regular stock for the same.
