1.0 MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS:
1.1. Generally. Member agrees to pay the annual/lifetime fees established for its Membership Class, which is completely
non refundable, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Bylaws OF Lead India Foundation.
1.2. Compliance with Policies. Member agrees to abide by, and shall have all applicable rights and obligations as set forth
in, the Bylaws, LEAD INDIA FOUNDATION Intellectual Property Rights Policy (the “IPR Policy”), and any and all additional
policies and procedures adopted by LEAD INDIA FOUNDATION, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with
the Bylaws.
1.3. All the above criterias will be applied and a member will be eligible to get the amount only after meeting the target in the
stipulated time. No money will be given if the target is not achieved in the time period.
