17. Shibei Industrial Park
Shibei Industrial Park is the only industrial park in the Shanghai downtown
area approved by the Municipal Government. It is conveniently located at the
intersection of the Middle Ring Road and the North‐South Elevated Road and
near the Wenshui Road Subway Station.
In the past 15 years, about 2000 enterprises have been established in Shibei,
of which 20% are invested by foreign companies. Shibei grows with 30% per
annum.
Within its complex, Shibei Park offers a wide variety of food & beverage outlets,
including local and international cuisine. The park also offers several on‐site
convenience stores and more shopping options are scheduled to open soon.
