Perunding Kos T & K Sdn Bhd welcomes the

For more than 20 years, They have provided an
extensive, independent range of experience and quality
services to the property and construction industry. As
one of the fastest growing, globally aware and innovative
industry service consultants, Perunding Kos T & K Sdn
Bhd has completed consultancy services for various
projects locally and internationally.
Perunding Kos T & K Sdn Bhd is known to incorporated
since March 1998 as a Quantity Surveying Consultant.
Prior to 1998, the firm was practicing under the style of
PKT Associates, a partnership firm established in 1991.
The firm is registered with Lembaga Jurukur Bahan
Malaysia (LJBM Reg. No: 1998/FC00250) and Ministry of
Finance (MOF).

feasibility, through all stages of the design and tender
processes, through to construction and completion.

construction life cycle, and also to ensure that the project
budgets are maintained, confined and accomplish.

CONSTRUCTED INDUSTRY STAGES :
1. Feasibility: It is where the QS along with the other
people such as architects, landscape architects and
engineers plan and consult with the client.
2. Pre contract: After the drawings are made, the QS has
to take off the quantity, and convert the bill of quantities.
3. Post construction: The QS will finish checking
everything in the construction.
A QUANTITY SURVERYOR’S JOB :
- Calculate the cost of the building. E.G.: How many
levels in a building do they each cost?
- Tender documentation: Prepare contracts, in which
they have to use their knowledge of general lawyer and
accountancy.
- Obtain architectural and construction industry
knowledge.
- Use 3-D software to calculate the building.
