Indians for Collective Action (ICA) celebrates 50 years of promoting sustainable development in India, focusing on quality education, health, sanitation, and women's empowerment. The organization evolved from its early stages of raising awareness and funding projects to launching new initiatives and supporting social entrepreneurs, encapsulated in its transitions from ICA 1.0 and ICA 2.0 to ICA 3.0. As ICA looks forward, it aims to engage younger generations of Indian-Americans in philanthropy and social causes, both domestically and internationally, while emphasizing measurable impact in its initiatives.
