• Execute processes for Customer Experience management in the
technology operations domain
• Develop and define business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk
analysis across all operational unit.
• Review network performance analyses and initiate and manage
network improvement projects

• Coordinate (re-)negotiations in case the scope of the contracts
increases due to additional requirements

• Interact with delegates from Municipalities to build relationships
and resolve Municipality permission related issues
